I don't think it translates well as a written question though. 

Q: What is the melting point of water within the human plasma? 

A. 0^C

B. 37^C 

C. All of the above

D. None of the above

It forces you to think about water differently. "Ice" in chemistry is just solid water. There's no point in saying "ice" since only the state changes. 

Freezing point of a liquid is the melting point of the solid. The problem wasn't the answer itself, but how it was answered. If you have an answer that you're unsure of, you aren't researching or thinking enough.
