I'm glad he dropped his NRA sponsorship back in 2015. His video on old guns got me into the sport. And by "the sport" I mean of buying overly expensive pieces of century-old wood and steel that probably is better not fired lest you lose your willingness to ever shoot again. #ergonomicsnotrequired

I loved the Serpa system in my youth (I now use UBL and thumb releases), but his holster was barely secured to his body (look at how high the belt comes up before he misfires) and the tension is set too high.

I think I have the same Beretta from PSA. Some have said to clean it and one even said it isn't the same as 10k at one sitting. I'll clean it tomorrow.

My XDM 40 has gone through nearly 6000 rounds without a cleaning. I'm looking at the dirty f#cker right now...

It all depends on the ammo. Using some nicer factory ammo, no problem at all going that long. With the handloads I used to make that used shotgun powders, it would start to look pretty nasty after 20 rounds and I'd clean after each range trip.
