its good, but the 980 is really bad in terms of price to performance. its just about 10% faster then a 970, and costs a-lot more. I suggest you get a 970 and save money, or save up some more money and getting a GTX 980 ti, once the custom versions hit the market.

If I want, I can add o-rings to the keyboard. its not expensive at all, and if I feel its needed, I'll get some.

yes I know there's a huge price difference in the US, but I live in Israel, so prices between these two keyboards are much closer.
I'm looking for a Cherry MX brown keyboard, and these two are priced competitively. and have some nice features, but I can't decide which one is better, because I have a red and black theme with my rig, so the LED's on the Ducky will give it a bonus, as well as the amount of lighting features and the shortcut buttons that the Ducky has, but compared to the Logitech, which has a wrist rest, macro keys and dedicated media keys, but clashes with my color scheme.
 
Which one do you think is better?
 
please don't recommend any other keyboards, because there is not a lot of options here in the little state of Israel.
 
Just so you know, I want Brown switches because I want the tactile response, and while I like the idea of the clickyness of the blue's, I game at an environment where people are always around me, even at night, so I don't want to disturb them with the clicks.

now, due to DX12 and games supporting "more than 4 core" CPU's better, I was wondering if its worth it to get the i7 4790k instead of the i5 4690k.

For 95 ILS / ~$24 USD more, while the Seasonic G is a better build unit, I would go for the M12II Evo. It's still a well-build, mid-range unit that offer better functionally due to full moduarity.
