  1. Hello everyone, Currently on a 1070. I have a 4K TV and a oculus quest 2. I want to play games like Skyrim VR with a bunch of mods to make it look amazing. Would like to crank up the settings and play with 120fps and low frame times. I was looking at the RX 7900 XTX, because the nvidea offerings are just to wild(pricing). Are the AMD drivers good enough for VR? Heared a lot of complains
  2. Hello everyone, I have been waiting to buy a graphics card for 3 years now but I was waiting for the right oppertunity. It seems like it isn't coming, so I want to buy one now. Currently on a 1070. Live in the netherlands. Are the AMD drivers good enough for VR? Heared a lot of complains. Would like some suggestions from people who own the RX 7900 XT or XTX. XT is 850 to 1000 euro's here. 1000 from brands like Asus. XTX is 1250 to 1300 euro Rtx 3080 is 1380 euro
  3. Was watching a pb-1000 pro review and saw this. Now i am beginning to doubt if it's a good idea to buy it..
  4. Thank you very much! Got a few 25x25x3cm acoastic foam coming in the near future or do those only help with the high frequency's? My bed is against my desk in the corner and almost the entire room is blocked off by my couch, would that help with dampening?
  5. Thanks! I heared a lot about the place being very booming and too overwhelming for the ears. Or is that something an audiophile would hear, but normal people wouldn't? Then I would buy the PB-1000 PRO
  6. Yeah Total is 28 m^2 I live in a brick-made shed, which was not correctly build. So the wall distances deviate. There is also a small storage room on the door side as you can see in the picture. For example: If my speakers are aligned then the left one is further from the wall then the right one, because of this deviation.. I live around 20 meters from any neighbours so they are not an issue. But for the ultra low I should go for the PB-1000 pro right? Would that ruin the experience compared to 2 sb's in terms of feeling the bass or? FORGOT TO MENTION THAT BOTH SVS'S WILL BE FROM THE 1000 PRO LINE! What I really want is to feel the movie, so that's why I am upgrading from a 150 euro Onkyo sub(27hz) to something beyond.
  7. I have a budget of 800 euro at the moment. The space for the subwoofer is 2.8m, but the speakers have to fit next to them without making my sound stage really small.. POLK HTS-12 400 euro : 43,50 cm width <- So could buy 2 SVS PB-1000 PRO 700 euro: 38 cm width <- Can only buy 1 SVS SB-1000 PRO 600 euro: 34 cm width <- Can only buy 1, but would have budget to buy another one in a few months. Other recommendations? I will use the subwoofer for watching movies, anime for like 90% of the time. Have not experienced lower than 27hz before, so I don't know if the extra money is worth for the low HZ. Which subwoofer(s) would be good for me?
  8. The dialogue from music is hard to understand. Clapping sounds harsh and music doesn't feel as rich as it could
  9. Hello everyone I have some REW Waterfall data but don't know what to do with it. . So for the experts around here. Should i treat my room or not? THE SOFA IS NOW AGAINST THE WINDOW! AND THE BED IS AGAINST THE DESK!
  10. Wouldn't make such a detailed post if that was an option I think it has to do with room acoustics, that's why i mapped out the whole room..
  11. Front Speakers: Polk: T50 Center Speaker: Polk: T30 Bookshelf speakers: Edifier c3x Subwoofer: Onkyo SKW-208 Reciever: Denon AVR-X1400H TV: LG OLED55B6V Issue: Bass doesn’t feel as impactfull as I want… What do I want? - To find a way to feel the sound as in a cinema. - Better positioning - Advice on anything that I can improve in terms of audio quality Budget I am a student, so i don’t have more then 200 euro to spare at the moment. But I would save up some more money, if it would drastically improve the experience…
  12. I tried 1.15v VCORE SOC, but my ram can't even get 3066mhz.
  13. Hello Please read the ENTIRE post as there is a lot I have already done! SPECS THAT MATTER: Ryzen 3700X Gigabyte x570 Aorus Elite 2x 16 GB Corsair LPX 3200mhz CL16 1.35v | CMK32GX4M2B3200C16 MY PROBLEM: Can’t get my RAM higher than 2999mhz on cl 16 1.35V. WHAT I HAVE DONE ALREADY: - Tried XMP 3200mhz 16/18/18 1.35V. It rebooted. - Tried non-XMP 3200 mhz 16/18/18 1.35V. It rebooted. - At 1.4V 16/18/18/39 - I got 3066 mhz MAX | Tried -> 3100 mhz = BIOS reboot - Lowest was 1.36V 16/17/17/38 - 2926 mhz | 1.35V = BIOS reboot IMPORTANT INFO: Bios has been updated to latest version | F5b Ram is placed on the correct lanes. A2 and B2 Ram is on the motherboard supported list. I thought I could maybe OC this kit to 3600 mhz for the ryzen sweetspot, but I can't get higher than 2933mhz.. Anyone have any suggestions on what i should do?
  14. Yeah, because of the new bios update my windows just imploded.. I reinstalled it and windows works again, but I am still not getting my rated 3200mhz RAM tho.
