AFAIK the game one has a 3.5mm jack.

    • Compatibility: GAME ONE is compatible with PC, Mac, Consoles with a 3.5 mm audio port and Mobile and Tablets

I'm almost positive the other end is 2.5mm though (which plugs directly into the headset), I know the mic and headphone end (or the end which you plug into whatever device you are using) is 3.5mm.

  2. Hey guys,

I'm wondering if anyone knows if the part of the cable that plugs directly into the headphones themselves on the Sennhesier Game One headset is 2.5mm or 3.5mm? I believe 2.5mm but just making sure before I buy an adapter.

    Thanks.

  3. Hey guys,

I just received the Logitech G Pro, which I bought because I use a fingertip grip and it had RGB led's so it would match my red and black setup! I love how the mouse feels so far after gaming about 12 hours on it, it's an excellent mouse. However, every-time I log off windows or the computer falls asleep the mouse starts cycling colors instead of staying red. And then when I log back in, I have to open the Logitech Gaming Software and set the mouse LED to red again every-time. Is there anyway to stop this? I find it quite annoying.

    Thanks.

Definitely closer than my black & white monitors xD. Is it because you think it will bother you when you are using them or when just looking at them? When using them, i never notice that difference. And otherwise they look quite identical to me.

Yea I think it would probably bother me because I have extreme OCD and things like this tend to bother me, lol. However I agree with you that they look identical so I'm not gunna worry about it.

  5. Hey guys,

Do you think these two monitors will look nearly identical setup next to each-other on a monitor mount? I don't see the need in buying two gaming monitors but want the aesthetic to be clean.

I can't tell you without actually being at the computer. I would just play around with settings, try uninstall drivers, try front and back ports, and more.

I did all of this to no avail, the front ports were certainly no louder than the back ports. I tried quite a bit of stuff, and quite frankly it was no longer worth my headache.

doesn't prove he is wrong. But you could have fixed the issue for $0

Then how could I have, all drivers were up to date for the motherboard, audio was cranked up in windows sound settings and everything was plugged into the correct jacks.

It's not a matter of seeing, its a matter of your onboard being configured incorrectly.

The sound card came today and boy were you wrong, now these things can get uncomfortably loud.

For fingertip grip check out the Logitech G Pro, Dream Machines DM1 Pro, Mionix Castor or Avior 7000 and the Roccat Kone Pure Military.

Out of these, the G Pro has the best sensor (PWM3366), while others have the PWM3310, which is also well-regarded.

I think I'll go with the Logitech G Pro thanks!

  10. Hey guys,

I use a fingertip grip and play almost all FPS games, I currently use a 2013 Razer Deathadder and it is far to long, often times hitting my palm and getting in the way (forcing me to lift up and move mouse). I realize that the Deathadder is more of a palm grip mouse and this is why I'm switching along with the need for a red led. I was wondering what a good mouse would be, I have heard some good things about the Mionix Castor and also the CM Storm Spawn for fingertip grip but apparently it is has been discontinued. Anyone have any opinions? I would say I have medium size to large size hands, and most importantly fingertip grip!!!!

    Thanks.

Have you tried plugging in the boompro all the way up in the headphone? When i got my pair, i forgotten that the headphone socket is kinda deep and didnt realize the boom pro can still go in the socket...

Or try them out with the stock cables first? maybe its the boom pro causing the problem..

Note: Sounds so wrong.. The phrase, the wordings, all of them xD

Yes I made sure! One of the first things I checked actually, but I also checked the stock cable and sound difference was non existent.

Definite waste of money, but what do I care.

Oh yea, because ordering an amp if your headphones are too quiet is a total waste of money. But yes, you shouldn't worry about how other people spend their money, also there is this thing called returning items that do not help! ;)

Also double check the volume knob on the V-MODA Boompro.

Are the cables plugged all the way in, and do you have any equalizer settings for Windows enabled?

Yea all of these have been checked... I don't think that they are abnormally quiet, I just think they are too quiet for my liking. So I ordered a soundcard with an amp, so hopefully that will help.

  15. Hey guys,

Today I got the Philips SHP9500 with a V-MODA BoomPro Microphone attached. I plugged it directly into the black of my motherboard and the the headphones seem super quiet even when turned all the way up in sound settings and game settings. Do I need to buy an amp or is there something wrong?

    Thanks

  16. Hey guys,

I have a i5 3570k currently clocked at stock speeds until I can afford an aftermarket cooler which is coming in the near future, this is paired with a GTX 1070 FE. In Battlefield 1, Medium Settings, a 4 minute benchmark by Fraps says I was getting a max FPS of 77, a min of 14, and an average of 46 and it is essentially unplayable. Is there something wrong here or is this normal and I just need to upgrade my CPU? In other games I seem to be getting the frame-rates as advertised, I pay Titanfall 2 and Overwatch as well.

    Thanks
