  1. Yeahh but then you have to deal with propping the phone up, and then figure out what to do with the cable.... I dunno. It just seems like a hassle. When I say that "this would get me to buy a shield..." What I really mean is, "I've been looking for an excuse to buy one anyway. This might do it for me" Ya feel?
  2. Won't that be amazing?! Depending on the quality of the games they introduce, this might actually get me to buy a 1st gen NVidia Shield! Touchscreens are just not that good for playing games, IMO. Dedicated controllers are way better. I could see myself getting a shield because of this

Originally posted by the Verge (http://www.theverge.com/2015/3/17/8230477/nintendo-dena-mobile-games-announcement) Nintendo is teaming up with Japanese App Makers DeNA in order to bring Nintendo IP directly to smartphones. I think this is just what Nintendo needs in order to get them back into the game. Although we all know there are ways of getting Nintendo games on our phones and tablets already, for people who are unwilling to go about emulating old Nintendo systems, this is good news. In addition to this, we won't be stuck playing all the old titles again and again. I am very excited to see what new games and characters Nintendo will bring us with this new collaboration with DeNA.
  4. Your unboxings are also informitive at the same time. I've learned a lot of what I know about computers from listening to your on-the-spot comments and explanations for why things are certain ways. Your unboxings are quick, easy, informational, and they apparently don't take very much time to make. You'll put out more content on Youtube which ultimately means more money for you and a happy fan base as well. Why would you abandon them?
  5. I wouldn't want them to feel like they have to keep to a time schedule. It would take away from the authenticity of the show I think. They usually have a good feel for when topics become worn out so they move on to the next one. Honestly I think this way is better because they never have to leave anything unsaid. I would rather fewer discussions that are talked about in depth than a lot of breif ones. As for the Twitter Blitzes I don't think they're long enough. Almost everytime I see him leave around 70 tweets unseen. At that point I don't really see a point to doing them at all if you have a 5/70 chance of getting yours answered. But that's just me
  6. However this is the general discussion section. To discuss general things
  7. I've wanted the Xonar Phoebus for a long time, but only becuase it's called the Phoebus and I'm also a sucker for the ROG line. Audiophiles... You may now smite me
  8. I've been dealing with this same issue for a long time. I've just been blaming it on my motherboard. Like, just randomly deciding to draw power through the front panel connectors? Not sure if that's a logical conclusion or not, but it is what it is.
  9. It's built to sustain those temps for a long period of time, but putting after market coolers on it WILL inevitably lower temps. That's not a debate. Doing so will allow more headroom for overclocking making it an overall better card in the long run
  10. Do you physically turn on and off the display using the power button? I've always just let my monitors go to sleep whenever my pc shuts down, I never push the power buttons to turn them off. If you haven't tried this yet, go ahead and see if this helps?
  11. Why does the hype for 290x bother you then if you love AMD? I don't really understand your frustration. Are you saying AMD shouldn't be pushing the envelope on how their cards perform? Also with the heat issue, I'm assuming 95+ degree temps are only with the reference cards. So once Asus puts a DirectCUII on it / Gigabyte puts a Windforce cooler on it those temps will drop dramatically.
