  4. I'm bored. Time to make a challenge. No Microcenter. Currency: USD Budget: $500 Use: The Sims 4 & World of Warcraft Included: Case, Monitor, Windows. My crack at it. I wonder if anyone can do better than this also left $30 room so I could have put a 1TB HD or another 4gb of ram lol. 1080p monitor, etc. PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 3.2GHz Dual-Core Processor ($71.98 @ Newegg) Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2V Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($56.98 @ Newegg) Memory: Mushkin Silverline 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($27.99 @ Newegg) Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 320GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($25.49 @ Amazon) Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card ($99.99 @ Newegg) Case: Cooler Master Elite 342 (Black) MicroATX Mini Tower Case w/400W Power Supply ($49.99 @ NCIX US) Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.75 @ OutletPC) Monitor: LG 22M35D 60Hz 22.0" Monitor ($87.99 @ NCIX US) Total: $470.16 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2015-01-31 01:26 EST-0500
  5. i5-4690k with Evo 212 CPU Cooling and a Z97 board if you have other budget for the board.
  6. It's $820.79... where did you learn math? http://pcpartpicker.com/p/8PJdf7 plus he'll have to literally dismount the whole HD tray before he can use his graphics card, plus your cooler is outdated, overpriced ram, why on earth would you get a SSD when you don't have a HD, you won't be able to even store all your games. OP didn't even say the budget was BEFORE rebates so you can assume it is after rebates where my build is still better than yours. Please do your research before you start spouting out nonsense. @Dragoest PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.95 @ SuperBiiz) CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($30.99 @ SuperBiiz) Motherboard: MSI Z97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($89.99 @ Amazon) Memory: G.Skill Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($61.99 @ Newegg) Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($48.99 @ SuperBiiz) Video Card: XFX Radeon R9 290 4GB Double Dissipation Video Card ($249.99 @ Amazon) Case: NZXT S340 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case ($49.99 @ NCIX US) Power Supply: EVGA 600B 600W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($44.99 @ NCIX US) Total: $796.88 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2015-01-24 23:25 EST-0500 This is a much better BEFORE rebates build UNDER $800 his graphics card is $20 more and the performance can be mirrored by overclocking easily. You won't need to remove your hard drive disk just to fit your graphics card, the case is much nicer, you can get the Corsair Force LS SSD if you don't need any storage room and still stay in budget and you won't have to use some outdated CPU Cooler. You won't even need to drive to micro center.
  7. You're over $20-30 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/8PJdf7 Base total is $832.77 to be exact.
  8. @djdwosk97 Your original build is over $800 before rebates too. @Dragoest If we're talking about after rebates here my build is better, if you really want to go under $900 before rebates here. Won't look as pretty as my first build but it's under $900 and it has a better CPU cooler comes with a HD and a much better case, you won't have to fix your drive bays before installing your graphics card with my build. 13. I would not recommend a 8-core AMD processor and intel's one costs $1500 lol so I'll just do the best you can for $1500.
