Listen, CPU manufacturers....please make a CPU that allows me to get over 30fps in a game of Empire at war. 

 

Please I'm begging you, this is a nightmare to run.

    Well..its a 14 year old game..so that's probably not likely.  The game utilizes one core from what I understand.
