I get nothing. I think the PSU, memory were returned to Amazon but everything turns on and I get nothing so I'm not sure it might be those things. A friend says it might be the mobo since I don't even get any bios

It turns on fine the light on the graphics card turns on but nothing I tried them connected the HDMI to the mobo and still nothing not even the BIOS anybody have any idea what to do?

Im doing a build to play csgo and overwatch at 1080p 120Hz+. I dont need the case since i got an enthoo pro M. I will be playing these games at lowest settings for maximum fps please any suggestions would be welcomed and im trying to keep this under $800. Dont inlcude monitor in budget since i will be buying this separately Asus VG278Q.

I got the peripherals, case and graphics card just need ideas on how it would be best to spend 600 bucks. I was hoping to get the 1600x for the simple reason that I just want it but I’m open to ideas so please post thanks in advance.
