do you think the nvidia gtx660m can support 120hz?

it has a display port, is any cable better then the other like brand wise?

it has a display port so ill try that. ive alread tried a dual link dvi adapter from a hdmi and no luck there. im just worried the the gtx660m cant handle anything more then 60hz

or am i just screwed because i have the gtx660m

would i get a better refresh rate using at display port?

would i have better results using the display port or hdmi?

im using an hdmi cable. ive tried the custom resolution and is says "out of range" :mellow:. im pretty sure it my graphics chip im running the gtx660m.

I just got the asus vg248qe monitor and i cant seem to get the hz past 60 this monitior max is 144hz witht he dual link dvi cable but i cant use that since i have it connected to my laptop witch is the asus g75vw. i just want to get to 120hz since i wont be able to connect through the dual link dvi to get the 3D/144hz. Any ideas would be great
