  1. From what I have noticed, different motherboards manufacturers include two types of addressable RGB headers, one with 3 pins labeled as VDG and another with 4 pin layout ( one pin missing after the first). So, these two headers are the same?, I am trying to understand the difference, I could tell that the 4 pin layout one (with the missing pin) is only 5V. addressable While the VDG could actually accept 5v /12v with a jumper, is that correct?
  2. I have two questions regarding AORUS z370 gaming3 mobo, I am if the power phases design is 4+3 or 6+1, also, one of the fan headers is rated for a water cooling usage and another one is used for a pump, aren't both usages the same thing?
  3. So I managed to get my new 8700k to 4.9 GHz on 1.285 Vcore, when I tried to get it to 5 GHz, it won't be stable unless I apply 1.4 volts, I have been stressing it for almost a day now, temps are 82 degrees at max and 42-45 @idle. is that even safe for my CPU?..and why did it take that much voltage delta just to get an extra 100Mhz ?
  4. I need immediate help, right now I am in need of recording my BIOS screen (video). I can't buy any capture cards and I need the fastest solution. I have 2 PCs, a laptop and many graphics cards. Is there any solution that can achieve that?
  5. I was wondering how to film a motherboard...I see other youtubers using some kind of a holder to make their mobo steady for shooting..could anyone please link me to that holder thing?
  6. Do the intel core series CPUs (with non-K SKUs) support XMP profiles?
  7. Does that also mean that no body should buy the Titan X Pascal 2017?...as it does only have fewer extra CUDA cores, memory clock....etc. which is not worthy of another 500$
  8. Let it be the Titan XP 2016
  9. I have heard that the Titan X Pascal is meant for deep learning situations and Neural Networks. What kind of hardware is available within the card that sets it apart? also I have read that GP102 doesn't include double and half precision floating point, is that true?
  10. so when it comes to the 4x link between the CPU and PCH, what is the benefit of those links other than the interaction between the components on a motherboard??.. another question if u may, what is the difference between PCIe lanes and HSIO lanes?
  11. yes it is true, but I need to understand, how those 24 are being managed...16 of them are being controlled via the processor itself as it has a max. of 16 lanes,, the other 8 are being controlled with the PCH?
  12. So, as it seems, the new Z270 chipset comes with a 24 pcie lane support, does that mean that 16 of them are being directed from the CPU itself while the remaining 8 are being controlled via the PCH (south bridge)?
  13. MSI GE62 Apache Pro-001 15.6" or the predator 17 -970M model?...both are for 1500$ btw
  14. Best laptop for 1200$+ meant for gaming and programming.
