The issue is in the tidal. When folding my gpu will power down to the p5 state. does anyone know of a fix I am using a gtx 960 FTW

What happens if you ignore the extraneous partitions when cloning the installation over?

Transferring a os from a partitioned drive to a new hard drive, and due to the amount of stuff i have setup on the installation, a fresh install isn't a option.

Any one know of a program that is able to clone just one partition from one hdd to another? Preferably free.

I whant to take my old 250gb hdd and make a perfect copy of it to my new 3tb drive as if it is the same drive, (exact copy of os) so i can copy them and swap out the drives, anyone know a reputable free easy tool to accomplish this?

I have allways wondered what the igfxpers.exe was, as it is in my task manager as a possible startup program but is currently disabled. (Windows 10 DEV) I have looked around the web but their seems to be no streight foward explnations on what exactly igfxpers.exe does. I am allso wondering this because I would like to know if enabling it would be beneficial.

@Oshino Shinobu Im in the US. and Im looking to get a new powersuply and grapics card, I dont think my 250w one would power a grapics card of the latest generations. Cheep = lowest cost as possible that wont fry in a year

I know that Pci 3 is theoretically backwards compatible with pci 2. But in practice it isn't always true. I have had run ins with Pci 3 only cards in the past. And I want to confirm these cards will work on Pci-E 2. PS. anyone know of a good cheep powersupply that could run a i3 2100 and one of these cards?

I am currently Reviving a athlon and kt3ultra msi Motherboard Building a 48 Core Distributed computer using only intel core duo's (was given a slate of computers from a business last summer for free) Reviving old pentuim3 computer from the dump And several more.

Note: keyboard/mouse/monitor's were also aquired with the $0 budget

What I am doing, a few years ago I challenged myself to not spend even a penny on my desktop computer till collage.

I would use this to upgrade from my ole 2100 i3 i run my desktop with. Since it would cut the cost enough to buy a new system that i would use to create music, play games, edit videos, and possibly get into twitch live streams. my current computer is definitely showing its age. (expecally since i usually have a load of browser tabs open at a time and I run alot of programs at the same time)
