hi guys , thank you for replying The usb3 header is fully in , and the powersaving feature is disabled I think i'm gonna ask for a case replacement Do you think there are chances that it would be my motherboard who is the problem ?

is it possible that everything is working fine but it's just my hdd who draws more power than the motherboard can give on the front panel ports ?

no one has the solution ?

Hi guys , i hope you are fine I'm here to talk with you about a problem i have with my computer I just bought a new build , the case is the cooler master storm enforcer , the motherboard asus b85 pro gamer and it's running on windows 8.1 When i plug a usb 3.0 device on the front panel it can't read it , but when i plug a usb2 device in the same port it works fine , the usb3 device i'm trying to plug is an external hdd that works fine at the back panel of the motherboard I don't know if it's a hardware or a software problem , because in my bios when i set the usb ports to ehci everything works fine but i lose the usb 3 speeds , the ports work as usb 2 ones I'm sorry for my bad english , and i thank you all who took the time to read my topic It's very disappointing since all the hardware is new , i can try to return the case but i don't know if it's the case problem or the motherboard one , and i won't be able to use my computer that time
