    Does anyone use their Calibrite/X-rite colorchecker for both photo and video? I am doing more color accurate photo and video work now-a-days and I want to ensure that I am buying a color swatch(not sure what theyre called) that would be useful for both photo and video.

    I just used a few streaming services for the first time in a long long time on my pc and realized that some aren't pushing 1080p to chrome (namely netflix and prime video). Now i'm wondering if I should use the Windows 10 apps instead. I wanted to get an opinion on what people mostly use for their own set ups.

    I am trying to get examples of how people have their battle stations setup. Namely in the audio department. Is there anyone here who uses both gaming headsets and say an xlr mic with mixer/amp combo within their setup? How do you have everything configured?

    So I want to create a Karaoke set up at home for my friends and I. I want to use my existing laptop or tablet, tv, and sound system for this. I would need to buy wireless microphones to complete this set up. (Recommendations would be appreciated) What software would be recommended that has a fairly large library and whats the best way to put this all together. set up would be Wireless mics > pc > tv > surround sound via arc

    So, I know how to do this through a hardware solution, however, I do not want to invest in a hardware solution if at all possible. I would like to do the following: Have a sound byte assignable to a macro or a button (like the buttons on my Elgato Stream Deck) when I press the button, that audio is routed to my discord call or in game voice chat either though my input or through another method and be as cost effective as possible How could I achieve this?

    Zephyrus g14 (2020) not displaying 120hz in game when using 2060 Max Q. Windows shows 120hz as the display refresh rate, but it is never able to be selected in game. I'm plugged in, using high power mode. What else can I try?

    I removed the ovpn file from the config-auto folder and added it to the config folder. Then I gave this a try, and it is still giving me the "Cannot find requested config to autostart: "{filename}.ovpn" Not sure as to what may be causing an issue

    I'm using the OpenVPN GUI If I add the file name, does the file name need to be in quotes or anything else? Which is recommended? If I added it directly to the ovpn file, would I do "auth-user-pass" then put my credentials side by side or on new lines, or is it an entirely different command?

    I am getting the following error when trying to get OpenVPN to autostart "Cannot find requested config to autostart: "{filename}.ovpn" I put the ovpn file in C:\Program Files\OpenVPN\config-auto. I also have the OpenVPN Interactive Service set to Automatic Other than a potential issue with credentials (do the credentials need to be included within the opvn file?), I don't actually know what could be causing an issue. Could someone point me in the right direction?

    As others have said, look at IT work in other industries or try working with small or mid sized businesses just to get more experience on paper. A common thing I've seen done with those I used to work with in software or network engineering is to apply for remote jobs out of state. That has seen greater success for them than trying to work within their state or city

    I bought the Dell u2713hm a few years back when Amazon warehouse, and the monitor was practically new. The box was destroyed, but everything else was good. Monitor lasted me 7 years before I got rid of it.

    Yeah. So my configuration requires a login. I created the login file, call it from the config file (both are in the config folder), but regardless it throws that error. The only thing I could think of is that i'm inserting the credentials incorrectly within the config file.

    I have my .ovpn in the config and auto-config folder. I have the service running and set to automatic. I am at a loss as to what else I could do.

    So I did your suggestion and OpenVPN starts with Windows now. However, I cannot get it to log into my VPN automatically despite the ovpn file being in the auto-config folder.

    How can I have the OpenVPN client or connect start and connect to my VPN server automatically whenever I start Windows? I have my laptop and desktop pointing to my NAS as the main home folder files and whenever I leave the house with the laptop, I would like to be able to continue connecting to my NAS (was a suggestion from someone here to keep all of my files uniform between machines and it's been working great)

    Considering they reported 13 millions in sales, I doubt anything will happen. What will hurt them is their investors suing them after that major drop in stock price.

    I've had an issue where the game wouldn't properly launch and that was related to gsync and my display. Forza exhibits weird issues with install and launch.

    Missed the purpose of what I was asking as what I am asking is not built into windows. I'm looking for it to happen automatically. Not for me to do it manually. I know I could do it manually. The problem is that if I launch a program in desktop A, but wanted it to be in desktop B, I have to manually move it to desktop B and say I wanted it in desktop B and monitor 3, I have to take extra steps to move it. It's a lot of hassle.

    I used to use a feature of spaces on OSX that allowed me to launch specific software into specific virtual monitor (spaces I think they were called). I found https://github.com/eksime/VDesk this mostly does what I would like, except that it is a bit buggy and is not so user friendly when it comes to configuration. I want something that has the same functionality as VDesk, in that I could launch software into specific monitor sections on specific virtual monitors. Is there such software available?
