When I try to add my paypal debit card as a payment method it errors and tells me to contact support. I tried contacting support and nobody replied for over a week. Other info: I have no bank linked to my paypal account

I tried to add my paypal debit card and it errored and told me to contact support. I tried the normal support and nobody answered my support request for over a week. I apologize if this is against the rules for this forum section, but i can't get a reply from normal support.
