im choosing between these cards, palit gtx 970 jetstream vs galax gtx 970 exoc black edition vs zotac 970 amp omega. asus/ gigabyte/msi cards costs around $60 more in my country and are out of my budget.

i just purchased a dark knight II cooler and is really impressed with its performance, but i'm looking for a quiet replacement pwm fan. the stock fan works well but it becomes loud when rpm's reach 1900- 2200rpm.
any recommendations on what fan to get? thanks

i wonder if this is normal? i have a 1st gen corsair h60 which is about more than a year old. ive decided to change the the thermal paste to prolimatech pk1. after applying, ive noticed my idle temp went higher (5-8 deg ) than the stock paste that comes with the cooler. load temps seem to be the same.
