  1. But is there a know problem it these drives lifespan? It's supposed to have 5year warranty.
  2. Budget (including currency): Cheapest possible Country: Portugal Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Only video, but yes i do need this much, guess I'm a hoarder. So. I'm finally starting by archiver build, and I was looking at the biggest drives I could find and I ran into this at only 350€, while WD reds or iron wolf for this size are sitting at over 500€ where I live. I don't know much about drives and was finding this price odd given its specs. Is this a safe buy? I'm mainly storing videos files and I need the drive running 24/7.
  3. Oh nice, never had this happen to me... All good then Thank You
  4. Does that indicate the card is dying or it's normal, the card is the only old component here it's a 1080 TI but was unused for most of it's life.
  5. At the end of the video you can ear that the click doesn't stop only gets slower... It's not the HDD i got close to it and could tell the noise was coming from another component, it's also not any of the fans
  6. So i've noticed on my gf PC (It's a new PC recently built) a strange clicking noise that gets really loud and fast when playing games or doing anything more intensive. I have no clue what this might be help? I left a video showing the noise and how it stops if i close the game. Link to video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/16jdEjkjDX5Ipljq6dGgBNZORCpuZF9lr/view
  7. What i meant was Color accuracy.
  8. So i'm gonna upgrade my current display, but i don't know what should i get. These 3 are the ones i'm most interested in: Aorus AD27QD - 550€ Asus PG278QR - 630€ Asus PG279Q - 720€ These are the prices on the store i have near my home.. I was originally going for the PG278QR because what i most want is a low input lag and response time, but i don't want to compromise on color accuracy, as i know it's a TN... G-Sync isn't the main focus here, i don't really need G-Sync and I've seen some tests and i know that the free sync in the Aorus AD27QD is working good with nvidia graphics cards. I want the one i can get the best response time and input lag without letting go to much color accuracy. What should i get? What i really want is that best IPS out the the one with the best refresh rate and input lag. So even if it's not one of these 3 doesn't really matter.
  9. So i'm upgrading my gpu, and I've decided to get an R9 390, but i'm not sure what brand i should opt to. I'm in doubt between the R9 390 Nitro and the R9 390 Twin Frozr. I currently own a gtx 760, x99a Raider with an 5820k Side question can my 700W power supply handle this card?
  10. For the gpu i'll be using the GTX 760 4gb i currently own till then new Pascal comes from Nvidia. And i'll be leaving all the components inside their boxes till i can mount them.
  11. If i get a 6700k what motherboard should i get? I have no clue when it comes to motherboards
  12. Here in Portugal i can get a 4790k for 365€ and a 6700k for 395€, it's worth getting that 6700k right?
  13. That's still under budget shouldn't i consider a 5820k or a 6700k?
  14. I'm gonna buy the pc 1 part per month but at this starting month i'm starting with motherboard/cpu, i don't have a budget for the full build i'll only know the month budget so i'll make 1 post per month to see what you recommend for that budget, right now i wanted the get the best possible for 650 to 700€
  15. I'm not sure yet, i've never overclocked before so i don't think i'll be doing it at least for now.
