What about the motherboard? seems a bit overpriced for such a build, you obviously need micro atx, but you could (depending on availability) be getting a much cheaper one that will do just fine, especially if the savings mean you can afford an SSD, furthermore, you can't o/c a xeon (if I am not mistaken), why the z97 chipset?

this is my recommendation, much cheaper mobo, but that way you can afford a 500gb SSD and perhaps go for a larger hard drive.
Again this is an issue of local availability, I realise because I lived in a country where nothing was available that sometimes things just plain do not exist in the local market or are irrationally expensive even compared to better counterparts, which are normal price, as well as how shipping prices may significantly limit your options for online shopping.
