This is fine. A lot of countries already have this in place. There's no issue with registering a pre-paid phone. Unless you are doing something bad/illegal. Which is the point of this bill.
 
Also people will complain about this bill, however they don't even have a pre-paid device. Anything the government does to try and curb terrorism, illegal activity, etc, is frowned upon by the general public because of their ignorance.
 
 

When you are contract, you are already registered.  The mass majority of people in the U.S, and even in Canada, are on contract for their phone, unlike the rest of the world who prefer pre-paid (which also boost competition, as people can switch every month or even week, providers as they feel like. Their number remains the same. And hence why they have usually better service and/or cheaper price than here in Canada and U.S). So I don't think it affects many.
 
Most criminals and terrorist seems to never encrypt their phone, but go with burner phones. So this won't prevent much, but it will just make it a bit harder for them to operate.

To all of those who are against discs or don't care if games and programs stop being released on them. Try living in areas where the Internet costs shitloads, is mobile boradband that you can only get from 1 ISP at an exorbitant price, and has poor speeds due to its very nature and the amount of people not having an alternative except to use wireless.
Also, with full physical copies you actually, physically, own the game.  With all or even partly digital download games and programs you do not actually own them-you only have permission to download and/or play them.

The chance of any AiO leaking are slim as they are tested. In saying that not every single unit that goes out is tested so there is still a chance. I say just pick a reputable retailer and you should be good

He overclocks all his systems regardless.
 
There is a difference between needing to OC, and jsut OCing because you CAN.
 
I didnt need to OC my 4790k, i didnt really need to OC my FX 8320 (for other then scoring better in cinebench and getting +5FPS in most games)... I did it because i COULD
 
However. some products like the G3258, you HAVE to OC. Because it is rather meh out of the box.

AMD has not ever sponsored any work I've done, including this. They're not an advertising partner nor did they sanction this report. I did request the hardware from them (as well as a few other companies for other components) just as I would with any review or report. That being said, they were never promised the results would be favorable. They shared the link to it on their facrbook simply because they clearly liked the report. I never even asked them to, they found it on their own.

You cannot use your Windows 7 or 8.1 key with this download for a clean install.  You have to update the key to Windows 10 first, pull the key using one of the many tools then reformat to do a clean install with the new key

There is nothing wrong with the FX line of chips. I know alot of people with either i5 and i7 and my FPS is the same as theirs or just a little lower. In some cases their Intels have been maxed out on all cores while my 8320E is only at 60% at most

The reason the vrms get hot is they are passively cooled with no heatsinks. If you do decide to get it try and get some small heatsinks for them

You can't have your customers overclocking something if it is unstable will most likely harm the component and then have the customer tell you the card is broken and demand a refund or exchange. Same goes for the NVIDIA laptop situation.

Though, if rebrands can get on par in price/performance ratios with Nvidia's GPUs, you would either question the idea that is a rebrand or question Nvidia. Can't judge without official price and performance benchmarks.

I wouldn't have thought NVIDIA would have access to your PC. If this is the case then fuck NVIDIA and I will be making a permenent switch to AMD.

I do not care what anyone says, 2 cores is NOT enough for AAA gaming. Get the Pentium K if you are willing to upgrade to a 4460 + later on in the future.
If not, the FX 6300 is a better choice.
