I have no idea. How do I find out if I have and what do I do to change it if I have don't that?

Hey guys, I am running windows 8.1 on my system and every time I play a game or watch a movie or youtube or anything like that, no sound wants to play through my speakers or my headphones, and I know that both are working fine. This started happening when I removed my graphics card (GTX 960) from my computer and I put it back in straight away. I completely reinstalled windows to try to fix it but there is still no sound. What can I do to try and detect and fix the problem???? Please please help ASAP.

How do I get into safe mode start up options?

Hey guys really hope someone can help me with this issue. Yesturday my desktop which is running Windows 8 ran into a blue screen with a big sad face.... It says it found a problem and was fixing it or something like that.... Than it restarted and went into a Preparing Automatic Repair loop. Any idea how the hell to get out of it guys??? At 1 point I managed to glimpse on the blue screen it says 101 initialisation failure. Someone please tell me how to get out of this so I can use my computer again

okay thanks guys... i got worried because it was getting pretty hot and i didnt want to risk my new computer but will deffinitly need more front mounted fans

when im not running its arround 40 and room temp is around 30

I dont think it gets enough air... deffinitly need to put in 1 or 2 front mounted fans in the sace... and what do you mean by idle and ambient temperature?

but any way i can get the fan to spin faster?

Okay guys... so i build a new computer 2 days age my first gaming computer!!!! I have a problem tho.... my GTX960 is reaching temperatures of 82 degrees while running Battlefield 4. http://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Graphics_Cards/NVIDIA/57801-GXY-GTX960-2GD5 this is my my GTX960 Any idea how i can bring down the temperature because im pretty sure its not ment to be that hign on 1080P ultra-high details.

It is when you are 16 and trying to save up a $1000 to buy a good computer... Im currently running all my games on a freaking GT 620!!

This is why I hate Australia when it comes to stuff like electronics. It is priced way 2 highly above everything else. If it is 250 aud that will be good but if it is 100 dollars more it will be extremly stupid and I might as well go get a 750 ti for 150
