wait so could you give me more specific directions cause nothing is poping up?

Just got an 1TB WD black edition hard drive an installed it but when i go to configure it, nothing pops up?? The disk is spinning when i put my hand up to it too.

The amd Catalyst omega installer manager is stuck on the two green bars with the top one about 40% and the lower bar with like 2%. it has been stuck for a while and repeats to do so. What should i do?

ok i whent to http://support.amd.com/en-us/downloadand then i whent under where is says drivers and support then i pressed windows 8.1 64bit then i installed there catlyist software and when i got to the two green bars it sais failed to load detection driver

but that is the thing when i install the catlyist it pops up as failed to load detection driver.

so go under the manually select your driver. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

My computer wont istall AMD Catalyst driver becase every time it does it says failed to load detection driver. Please help me this is a huge pain....

does amd have some sort of tech support rather than the forums?

ok since that didn't work is there anywhere you could lead me to help so i can install the amd catalyst?

I ran that and then tried to install the drivers again but still same message!!!!!!!!!!

there isnt an extract all nor an readme.txt file or and exe file

what do i extract? like what file cause i extraxted my downloads and started the amd catalyst thing and i still got the same message
