We both used the pre-applied thermal paste and his under loads temps are the same as my idle temps. Mine are normally around 30-60° C

We have the radiator positioned in the same spot and we have the same amount of fans installed. Also, what do you mean by my chip may be borderline?

So me and a friend of mine have similar builds but we get vastly different temperatures. We both have the same case (H440) and we both have similar motherboards. I have an i5 4670k and he has an amd FX-6300. I have an asus gtx 750ti and he has an msi gtx 970 I have the h100I GTX liquid cooler and he has the H100I v2 which is just an updated version He gets idle temperatures of under 20°C and i idle at 30-40°C (these are cpu temps only) I cant quite understand why are temperatures are so different.

The EVGA 1070 is a nice looking card but i don't like that the heat sink is visible on the side

So i just got a new case, the NZXT H440 in white, and i am planning on replacing my graphics card to match the black and white theme make my pc more powerful. I want to get a gtx 1070 that will match the build but don't know which one to go for, Any suggestions?

Hey i have just installed a h100i gtx on my pc and when i try to access it on corsair link it doesnt show up on the menu, i have tried restarting changing fan connections and changing the usb. The cooler is switched on and is working but i cannot customise it. There is an error code that says code 28 the drivers for this device are not installed

i have a razer black widow which is a mechanical keyboard and i love it. But the problem is it is just too loud. My mic is a blue yeti which picks up alot of noise so when the keys make their clicking noise my friends are always complaining of it being to loud. Should i buy a non-mechanical keyboard or is their another option.
