    It actually claims to do a hardware reset but when you click yes it does nothing and takes you to TWRP instead.

    Use sysprep.exe after you've installed all drivers and other programs. The next time it boots it will ask for all the settings again but the drivers and programs should be there

    Way too overpriced and loud fans IMO. There are many other pressure optimized fans that perform well enough at around 800-1000RPM to keep your CPU cool I would recommend looking at Scythe Gentle Typhoon or Grand Flex fans

    You could most definitely fit a mITX or even maybe a mATX mobo in there. A GPU should be possible with a flat ribbon cable PCI-E riser. Rest is up to you PSU probably needs to have the enclosure of it removed or use an external power brick or something to fit inside
