Like I said a couple of pages ago, I think it is most certainly the best decision to not buy anything right now.
Not only because of really messed up prices and availability, but also because of things like DDR5 being just around the corner. Buying the second generation of DDR5 compatible CPUs will most likely be a better long term deal than buying the last gen of DDR4.
The price premium of DDR5 will have gone down, and the higher rated, better DDR5 modules will have hit the market.
It has historically been a bad decision to buy the first or last generation of processors for a new DDR standard. Right now we are at the last generation of DDR4, and this year or next year we'll get the first generation of DDR5.

For most use cases and even boards (consider: boards with PCIe 2x instead of 4x for NVMe drives) the Crucial P1 will do just fine. It'll still be way faster than a SATA drive.

Wrong forum Do you need a 970 Evo Plus? Or would you be just fine with something like a Crucial P1? -

Saying shit like "Being gay is not a personality!" is pretty reductive and shitty, because you're policing how people can express themselves. And a lot of gay people want to show they aren't afraid of who they are or afraid of being persecuted for who they are. And a lot of the time, they only feel safe doing this online.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaalso, it kinda implies you consider some queer people "acceptable" and others "unacceptable" which is: also shitty.

The entire point of pride is to show that you're not afraid. Queer folk have historically been oppressed by way of books written millennia ago for those millennia, either through cherry-picked "morality" from said books or through the law, usually interpreted from the books. Being proud means that you're taking control of yourself and not being afraid of this part of you.
But, would you rather I just talk about mechanical keyboards or Final Fantasy XIV? Come on. I don't want to actually have a one-track mind. I am me, I am gay, and that's fine.

The last time I ate out with my boyfriend was in November 2019 and then a day later I broke my hip. The next time we had a meal together was on his 24th birthday.
We haven't seen each other since due to COVID and me being at risk. It sucks a lot, but at least we can still chat with each other on Telegram and we can hang out and do things in Final Fantasy XIV.

We were going to Anthro New England and needed something to eat, and there just so happened to be a Dunks behind us. I can't actually eat anything there tho so I just got a soda.
This was before Dunks started offering oatmilk as creamer nationwide, so I couldn't have the coffee either. In retrospect it probably woulda made me more alert while at the con lmao

And that's fine. As others have said, gender is what makes you feel most comfortable. It's complicated, but figuring yourself out is... liberating? From what I've heard from friends of mine who came out as non-binary or trans over the past couple years.

I feel them.

While we're on the subject, I've had the Gender Thoughts before. I'm not sure if I'm a guy or masc-presenting non-binary, or maybe just 56k dial-up noises.
Haha, gender is a fuck.

Probably because they want to cling onto scientific models that are over 20 years out of date because they don't want to admit they're wrong about something. It's pretty common.
Remember that a lot of non-white cultures like native Americans and Indians already recognized that gender isn't a binary thing but instead a spectrum. Germany was also pretty great for LGBTQ+ and NGC people before Zentrum gave the Nazis power, but that's a bit outta the scope of this thread and forum.

Oh good, because I hate the 16:9 display on my T480.
Hopefully this trend of 16:10 or 3:2 displays on laptops leads to the death of the 16:9 aspect ratio on computers.

Nowak got a reaction from metaleggman in Former Social Network Parler has over 50TB of Data Leaked Online
I've seen screenshots on Twitter of sitting US congresspeople asking people on Parler for their personal info so they can "stay in touch", which actually resulted in people posting their private info. This includes email addresses, full names and even street addresses. I'm obviously not going to post them here due to the posts containing the info uncensored, but considering how much of a shitshow of a site Parler was I am not all that surprised this happened.
However, I guess that's how participants in the January 6th insurrection were added to "no fly" lists so quickly. They brought it upon themselves.
