So im looking for the new sucesor for the g3258 I7 and i5 include a k after its number, but what else makes a cpu unlocked or good for overclocking ?

So im starting to build my pc but half way there im starting to doubt what im doing and im thinking maybe buying an xbox or ps4 would be better. Can someone help me out ? I only have my gpu i already sold my motherboard At first i wanted to sell it so that i can buy a z170 motherboard , but now i see that maybe it would be better off to just go ahead and buy a console. Help

No way !Thats cheating! So neither include windows os ? So should i go with the asus maximus viii or with the gigabyte gaming 7 ?

I am about to start building my own pc but im not sure which motherboard is better, the asus maximus viii seems better to me in the way it says it includes windows 10 and has better audio quality. But i like the gigabyte gaming 7 because of its faster speeds for storage . Which motherboard is better? Im looking forward for a gaming station and a good video editing station, hence i think i need good quality sound after all. Also i really dont want to pay more for a windows os after paying for my motherboard.

So im building my pc, i already own my asus z97 wifi pro motherboard and a gigabyte gtx 960. I was looking forward to buy a pentium g3258 and 8Gb of ddr3 ram, but now that skylake is here and is not so expensive i was wondering if it was worth it to sell my motherboard and buy a new z170 motherboard and buy ddr4 ram and wait for skylake pentium. I am looking forward for video rendering with this pc so i would like to know what is the best choice. Stay with my z97 motherboard and finish my build, or sell my motherboard and continue my build with skylake and ddr4? Thanks Cheers from HOnduras.

So im looking forward for a good pair of headphones for video editing, music production, gaming and music listening. I want to know wich headphones suits me best, i know that the hd8 are twice the price of the hd598, but i want to know wich one is better. I like the most the hd 598 because of the soundstage they provide and the true sound they may give, but i am concerned about the noises that may disturb me when using them. I like the hd8 because of their toughness, and that they seem to block enough sound do that they can also be used as my travel headphones instead of my vmoda crossfade lp, but i am concerned about the soundstage they will provide not as good as the hd 598 and because i live somewhere is hot the most time of the year im concenred they may get too hot. I would like some good headphones i might even forget im wearing them. if we divided how much they will be used in each task it would be like so. gaming:30% casual listening:20% editing:30% music production: 20%

So i like listening music in my v moda crossfade lp but they are not comfortable for long periods of gaming or video editing, also they add too much bass to videos. I would like to buy a new pair of headphones to use on my pc and use my vmodas for travel, my two best choices are the sennheiser hd 598 and hd 380 pro. i would most likely buy the 598 due to the open design, comfort and sound quality, but i hear so much good things about the 380 pro that i dont know which way to go I would use the pair of headphones for long periods of time while gaming , video editing and music. Which pair of headphones is the best choice? Are the 598 good for editing music and videos as well as gaming and listening music or movies? i believe an open design will not dampen the sound and wont get me to feel discomfort as air passes through without getting my ears too hot. are the momentums as good as this other two? Momentum look great but i would like that true open design which gives a true soundstage. But also it wouldnt be that bad if i could wear them while on a bus or a plane. thanks for your support.
