I had the exact same issue with my Galaxy Alpha. The battery was dead after 3 - 4 hours of idle. It happens extremely random and a restart of the phone fixed it 'til next time. I installed Aida 64 (yes there is a mobile app of it) and took a look at what's going on. I noticed that the cpu was under 100% load constantly and looking at the running services it was the android system itself that consumed all cpu power.

Unfortunately until this date I could not fix the problem since a factory reset and even installing a different os (official Norway os version from Samsung) through odin did not solve the issue. My guess is that some task crashes and causes a very high cpu usage which drains the battery. Which task it is is unknown to me.

I would try a different monitor, just to rule that out. If it doesn't work with a different monitor you should do a driver reinstall, just to rule that out too. If nothing helps I would write an RMA. In theory we should also test the psu but since there is no load on the gpu I would rule that out right away.

I think it's interesting how EA is starting to backpedal by claiming things like a chat filter is a "bug", it got implemented on purpose and EA/DICE approved of it. Also seems really insecure of EA/DICE to censor the abbreviation "DLC".  But i've seen people be toxic in game anyway even with the chat censoring, but how can people handle a 18+ game with soldiers in game yelling swear words yet can't handle seeing it in a chat that can be turned off by pressing "H"?
If EA/DICE wants censor some obviously racist stuff I don't have any problem with that, but if people can't handle seeing the same cursing that you hear in the game maybe they shouldn't be playing an 18+/M rated game.
EA/DICE just needs to either give players the option to turn the censor off, or leave the chat alone entirely like previous titles such as BF4 and leave custom server hosts to decide what is inappropriate.

Reaching ~140 fps should be possible with a 2600x. You definitely should overclock the cpu for best result. Just don't expect to constantly get 140 fps because it's PUBG after all.

What GPU do you have and what motherboard are you planning to get? Also I highly advice to get 3000Mhz + ram since Ryzen loves ram speed.

    It will fit don't worry.

Why do you think it won’t? You see that piece of the gpu that is closest to the cpu cooler? That's the pcb. It's on the exact same vertical position for every single gpu ever made. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to slot it into the pcie connector. You may find that some gpus have a back plate on the "back side" of the pcb to protect it (like the gtx 1070 that you ordered). But these back plates are only 1 - 2mm thick. So you have more than enough space.

crosstiger reacted to FIUSHerson in Win10 Multi-GPU Workaround
This was added in Windows 10 update 1803. You can find this in System --> Display --> Graphics Settings. This is mainly used for switching between integrated graphics and an actual Graphics card, but as you can see, it can do more than just that.

The same applies to you. Windows 10 just saved us all and added this feature natively. Even the NVIDIA Control Panel doesn't (unless you have a mobile NVIDIA GPU) let you do this. And yes, the iGPU and GPU have the same output if you are on a laptop. If on desktop, some motherboards have HDMI or VGA (not VGA anymore since that is old school by now) going directly to the board. I don't think you can find those that often though.

My apologies. I didn't answer your question fully. I am very confident that you don't need DX12. All you need is the most recent version of Windows. You can add any application you want, even if it isn't UWP, but be ready to browse for the file. As you can see in the photo above, I was able to get Fortnite and SLOBS up there.

    So I had an idea.

sorry. just a little bit of cmd humor.
here it is again if you can't read and understand that.

What if I plugged both monitors into the weaker GPU and set the GPU settings in Win10 to the 1080?
Apparently, both High Performance GPU and Power Saving GPU are set to the 950.

Now, when I put monitor 1 and monitor 2 on different GPUs, what happens?
Back to both being the 1080.

Another update. What I did was have the game on the 1080 and NVIDIA Share on the 950 using the method in the original post, and here were the results. No bueno. https://youtu.be/bNBND0Pw_Ok https://youtu.be/sIg6sfJBIb8

Is that overall usage? What does the per core usage look like? Maybe the games are running on a single core.
