Alright boys, ive been looking around for a new card and was wondering if someone could offer me some advice. From what ive concluded, it seems best for me to grab a 5700 xt. I was deciding on snagging a THICC II (https://www.newegg.com/xfx-radeon-rx-5700-xt-rx-57xt828d6/p/N82E16814150825) however, does anyone know if the card is worth, especially compared to just saving some cash and grabbing a reference? Thanks! Specs so far: Ryzen 3600 ASUS Prime X570-P 16gb 3200mhz

Ended up just trying to use the hdmi port. Seems to have fixed it, and it was definitely something with either the GPU or the dvi port/cord. Gonna see if it was the cord becoming faulty, and if it was then thats that. If its the port, gonna probably just send it in for a possible RMA?

Thanks. My attempts to reinstall didnt do so well, and im attempting to reset cmos now. Tried reinstalling my graphics drivers when i was able to get into my pc and got black screen. Thinking its my gpu at this point?

As of now, was able to get into advanced settings. Going to see if a fresh install will do anything. Will update

Hey guys, tried starting up my pc today and it ended up getting stuck on a black screen after loading mobo screen twice. Not able to boot into bios either. Startup repair gave me no luck as it did not find anything. Eventually used the refresh feature and it seems to be loading, however i am unsure on what happened. I was able to get on my desktop after the refresh, however i still cannot choose bootmodes or enter bios to attempt a fresh install/repair

My bad, was typing quick. I use DVI, but can use HDMI if needed. Currently using a 1060. Budget is 140-200ish. 1920x1080
