The 5700 has the best perf/$ of those 3, but I wouldn't buy a blower cooler. 

Can you take a picture of your case without the side door? Your temps seem kinda high. It could be throttling, but I don't think so. The most likely answer is your CPU is limiting your 2070. 

Do you get low performance in any other game?

It can range from anywhere from $20 to $80. XFX also makes great AMD cards so look out for them too. I think we were promised AIB cards by August.

If you're switching to a 3700x, you won't need an extra GPU for streaming. The 3700x has enough resources to stream and play games at the same time, so just use x264.

American conservatives have no issues expanding the govt when it comes to military spending and intervention, legislation of social issues or oppression of racial, religious and sexual minorities.

Watch the video. He talked about this. Tweaktown is also AUS based and got the RTX 2060Q. The difference is that Tweaktown was giving Nvidia very high marks for RTX cards.

The 7600k was never a good gaming CPU. 4c4t CPUs haven't been good gaming CPUs for a long time. I had a 6600 and had to upgrade to an 6700 because i was getting dips to 100 fps in Overwatch with all settings on low. 100 fps might seem like a lot, but it affects accuracy with a lot of hitscan characters when your fps is jumping all over the place. After the upgrade, I've never seen a dip below 144.
