So here is a video that I made of the i5 6400. The summary of this CPU is that it's a good value as it's next to the old 4460 in price, and performs well, not to mention I got this running on my Hyper 612 v2 without a fan. It runs aat 2.7 Ghz and has a boost of 3.2Ghz. It has 4 cores/ 4 threads with 6MB of L3 cachel, 65W TDP and it goes on the LGA 1151 socket.
-
Yeah, not using that
-
No where near my budget To low wattage, although Ill go with the 620W High Current GAmer

Do you guys know of a decent PSU for about $100 AUD that can handle a i5 6400 and a r9 380?

I need to build a PC for a friend of mine and was wondering if the EVGA SuperNEX 750 was any good.

I was watching a video of Carey Holzman, and he has a new Corsair CX series PSU on him. I have no idea if theyve updated just the exterior or they made a new CX series PSU. Because on the website it's no different. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B53M-WJCAVo

R9 390 does perform better but Nvidia has CUDA which depending on the app, can be useful or not.
