should be fine in terms of wattage, but your gpu and ram are red in a blue case with a blue motherboard you should probably color match them better as your case has a window

They are both good options just chose one that matches the colors of the rest of the build. either way the 970 is a amazing card it also may come down to witch one is in stock.

Personally i love the was the h440 looks so i would go with that one. It also has good cable management and radiator options.

like he said it depends on preference but the s340 and the phantom are different sizes. The s340 has better has better cable management options and that cool place for an ssd but in the end only comes down to what you think looks better as they are both good cases.

The only difference between the regular hammerheads and the hammerhead pros are a mic. As for a competitor i'm pretty sure the hammerheads are around 60$ the klipsh s4's could be an option

Id get a pair of decent headphones and get a mod mic or a desktop mic

I would get the 970 just because it has better software (geforce experience) and consumes less power, probably quieter
