Nope, not that i know off since i do not go in there. Is there something i should check in the BIOS/UEFI settings?

    PC Start up issue

Recently, i am encountering this problem whenever i startup the computer. Normally it will load the MSI screen and then the window screen when startup. But currently, it is taking very long to start up and it shows this screen instead and i am not sure why it is always loading this screen during startup. Anyone has any ideas why am i facing this issue?

    Computer cannot power up

I have the modular one but i dont rmb seeing the 4+4 cable. Might have missed out. So i will just plug in the 4+4 cable into the 8 pin, cpu pwr 1 8 pin slot. All 8 pins or just 4 pins, just to confirm again

    Computer cannot power up

Understood. But i dont see any 4+4pin provided in the psu box. And shouldnt the 8 pin be plug in instead of 4? Or 4 is sufficient to power up the cpu. And other question, meaning i plug into cpu power 1, first 4 pin from the left side? Or just the 4 pins in cpu power 2 socket?

    Computer cannot power up

I see but i only have the 6+2 pin given in the psu. Do not have the 4+4 pin though.

    Computer cannot power up

Just the 8 pin occupied. As the 4 pin is for overclocking, thus i only plug in the 8pin

    Computer cannot power up

The 4 pin is for extra power to the cpu only used when overclocking? I tried 2 different cables.

    Computer cannot power up

Hi guys, i was building a new computer and i am unable to power up the pc. So i did a little troubleshooting and found that when i insert the 8 pin into the mobo cpu 1, i am unable to power up. However when i remove the 8 pin, the computer is able to power up but monitor say no display. Any idea why when i insert the 8pin to mobo cpu power 1, the computer is unable to switch on? Mobo: MSI X470 gaming plus CPU: Ryzen 2700x PSU: Cooler Master 650w gold plus GPU: EVGA RTX 2070 black edition
