  1. i think around 200 plus usd is fine with me, for me i am just worried about mining cards as they are run 24/7 so its condition may not be that good. Overall, i still prefer the msi 1070ti gaming one. Thanks for ur opinion
  2. I have around 3 used GTX 1070 ti cards to choose from 1) MSI GTX 1070 ti Armor ($185usd) 1 year plus warranty left, used for crypto mining 2) Asus Cerberus GTX 1070 ti Advanced Edition ($273usd) 1 to 2 year warranty left, used for crypto mining as well 3) MSI GTX 1070 ti Gaming ($223usd) 1 and a half year warranty left, used for gaming and VR gaming as well I will definitely prefer a non mining card since its not overstress constantly but who knows right? Any opinions on this?
  3. Will keep an eye out, its around 300SGD for my local currency here. Saw a few buyers selling at around 300 to 380 SGD price range here with around 1 year warranty left. Will have to meet up with the person to trade. Thanks for the heads up
  4. Yup, not looking for 4K or any ray tracing as i am not planning to upgrade my monitor, 1440p or 1080p is more than enough for me here. Agree, i think 2070 is mainly for people who are looking for 1440p max setting or 4k at 60 or even 144hz gaming. But as you said 2070 super will definitely last longer than 1070 ti for those triple A title series coming out in the next year or so. 2070 super is definitely overkill for me, i doubt i did be running at any higher than 60hz on this old dell 1440p monitor so 1070 ti should be fine for me. Agree with you on getting RTX, those are mainly for people who are trying to run 1440p or 4k at max settings or do ray tracing. Which to my normal eyes cant really differentiate any differences. Aint those competitive gamers who aim for perfection. I will be more than happy if i could play Assetto Corsa or some other shooting game titles without any lags.
  5. Ah i see, we have carousell here like an online market site where people list their items for sale here.
  6. Where do u go to, to search for used 1080 ti cards? I am from Singapore and there isnt alot of sites for me to look for used GPU here
  7. I guess max i will go is 1440p with 60hz or just normal 1080p with 60hz since my monitor can only support up to 60hz. So 1070ti should just be fine for another 2 years. Thanks, i am considering a used 1070 ti as its alot cheaper than a used 1080 ti and i dont see a need to use the 1080 ti as the price per performance is not worth it when compared back to the 1070 ti. Yup i definitely think it is powerful enough to play 1080p or 1440p games for another year or so with med settings
  8. I guess i will be playing Assetto Corsa and PUBG mainly on 1080p and 60fps. Yup i saw that 2070 super is 25% or so faster than 1070ti but i dont feel that its worth it since next year another series of new GPU are coming out soon and i will not be planning to upgrade for the next 2 to 3 years at least. And yes you can say I am on a tight budget, dont want to go over 250usd or 300usd. Nah i do not need the RTX stuffs, just casual gaming only. 1080ti price is roughly the same as a 2070 super which is out of my budget unfortunately.

  10. I am looking to buy a used graphics card and I am wondering if you guys think it will still be worth to buy a used MSI GTX 1070 Ti Gaming GPU for a price of around $220usd? I am mainly using it to play some shooting and racing game in 1080p or 1440p in mid range quality. Not going to push for max resolution and stuff. Or will it be worth it to spend $500usd to get a new RTX 2070 super? Though i am not going to use Ray tracing or looking for 4k gaming. .
  11. Does anyone know what is the battery model use for MSI Z170A Gaming M5 MOBO CMOS battery? Is it the same for everyone MOBO? If so can someone provide me the battery model number? Thank you in advance!
  12. After i turned off the power for the night and restart the computer in the morning, it is back to the same thing. I wonder what else do i need to change. The date and time on the computer is also back to the time i shut off the computer which is kinda weird
  13. Alright, i will have a go at it later on when i am done using the computer later. Thanks for ur help! Hopefully it works
  14. Hmm how do i reset them to factory defaults? If i reset them to factory defaults, will i lose any data? Okay that is weird, i only have 1 keyboard attached, its Corsair Strafe Red cherry mx silent keyboard
