On a serious note. It's taken a much more politically correct shift and the mods have been much more heavy handed. I used to say "faggot" all the time but things suddenly had to get politically correct one day and I got a temp ban.

They could have peacefully coexisted if it wasn't for Khomeini. Him + the saudis and a bunch of turn of events basically created what modern Islam is (Wahhabi). Before that Islam actually was a religion of peace. Iirc Wahhabi basically preaches extremism and the "kill the infidels" stuff etc.
