Hello in the end I decided not to go with cheap monitors but instead look at used market and i got Acep predator x34p for 400 euros. It has 120hz no motion blur and for me superior colors to va. And a proper gsync module inside making things smooth as butter.

I think that is more of sync problem. Both monitors have free sync and also can use gsync. Did you have any sync technology on yours ?

Hello. After 2 years i decided to change my monitor. Currently I am using asus tuf vq35v monitor. 2 years ago i fell to the wrten specs and adwartisments to be good gaming monitor only to find out that it VA display has a ton of ghosting and color bending making it at times fell almost broken. I decided to replace it with ultrawide of same size but IPS display and i dont wanna fall to giimics again. I want good image with no ghosting and color bending and I cant choose bettwen Phillips 345E2AE Or HP x34 models. I know hp has 165hz refresh rate vs philips 75 but honestly i dont need more than good stable 60 couse i play only single player titles and prefer to crank the quality so my 3080 runst around 60 to 80 fps most of times. I want good image with no ghosting. And also philips is cheaper for 100 eurs in my country. Does anyone has those monitors and advose me if i shall get 380 eur phillips or shell out for 480 eur hp one ?

Nothing helped and i began to worry that my important data was gonna get corupted. I got a new z790 board and send this to warranty.

I see Pd now...no i didnt updeted it, what exactly does it do. Maybe ju just saved me i am banging my head around this for 2 weeks.

I have latest asus me....but what is pd firmware. All drives are 100% healthy....in facts 990 pro is 1 month old.

Hi everyone, i have strix z690 f motherboard and 13900k cpu and since i updated my bios to 2204 in december i started having bluescreens and issues with my nvme drives. I use 2 gen 3 drives and one 990 samsung pro 1tb. I found out that without 990 pro windows worked fine on gen 3 drive so i bought another 980 samsung pro and it too has issues copying data and bluescreaning all the time. Does anyone else have problems with boards simply not working right with nvme 4.0 and if so is there a solution to this issue ?

Hello I wonder which of the two motherboards is better for running 9900k processor. I am currently Running A maximus XI hero with full costum waterloop from ek and a monoblock from EK. That means that VRM and CPU are both watercooler. I also have in my possetion a Maximus X formula which has a VRM watercooler build in and in that case I would use EK EVO supremacy block for CPU. So basicly I have both Maximus X formula and Maximus XI hero boards at me. Both boards have vrms watercooled. Which of the boards is a better choice to keep using for 9900k overclocked to 5Ghz. I know there is some differences in VRM of both boards and this is why I am asking couse boards are Z370 and Z390 but one was kinda higher placed than another. I wanna keep the better one and sold second one until they still hold some value to them.

Hello everyone. I have a question about Maximus X formula. When I build a computer with it its OLED screen and adrasable led strips weren’t working. OLED never turns on. Light integrated on board and regular rgb strips work fine. I wonder do I have to need windows installed for OLED to work…couse it never shows up not during the boot and even when I installed live dash it never went up. I set it in bios to work on boot but this changed nothing. I read somewher on this forums that I need to update LED firmware on this board but I cant find and LED software anywhere. I must add I did updated on latest bios to run 9900k. I would really like to make this work couse OLED is one of main features of this board over the rest. On that note I currently am running my system with 9900k on Mximus XI hero wi-fi with EK monoblock installed to watercool both the VRM and cpu….under stress VRM never vent up to 55 degrees….in 10 hours of aida 64. I wonder which board is actually better…my watercooled hero XI or Formula X which would also be completely watercooled. Even if I stay on hero I would like to fix OLED screnn and adrassable rgbs…and if there is a firmwere for LEDs, couls someone who knows more than I post a link for it. Thanks everyone.

Driver reinstalation was first thing i did...but it didnt help. I checked all cables and conectors ensuring everthing is pluged properly and it was. Than I saw that light inside the card didnt turned on. I tried another driver reinstall and placing it in another slot but still it didnt came up. I drivers all works and windows sais it is playing sound but thare aint any signal from it....analog ports works perfectly and relays are clicking when I boot up my system.

Hello. I am using an Asus Xonar D2X soundcard and for 6 years it worked perfectly until this Sunday. I disconnected my pc and removed expension cards from it as I replaced collant inside my waterloop. I than plugged everthing back and now the sound card doesn’t output any sound at all trough SPDIF connector. I am using it for years connected to my receiver for DTS 5.1 upmixing and I also use a single 3.5mm stereo jack for my headphones. I am also using UNI xonar drivers. I changed nothing in my system only removed the card out for maintenance and than it vent back in…no software was changed…I put it in the same slot(later I tried other ones too) I did plug in its molex power. I must say card is working fine outputting sound to my headphones over its analog jack. What aint working is spdif. In windows it says it is plying sound but my receiver doesn’t get any signal. There should be red light inside the optical connector and on the end of plugged toslink cable but there aint nothing. It bugs me couse only digital aint working but that is also main reason for me to have sound card for my 5.1 system. Is there any possible solution to “wake up” the spdif to work, or is it physicly broken and I need to get another sound card? Best wishes Primož Osolnik

Zeah the radiators fell warmer that they did before...little warmar...as I said I am going to go along with that temperatures if the case is that 2080ti is simply warmer card that 1080ti was before.

I will try removing those extra pads to see if there is a difference in temps...do you ran you card at stock or overclocked ?
