Seems like one of those threads where the user is showing off his epic minecraft FPS, but doesn't want to admit to it. 800FPS is way overkill, but you're also looking into the ocean. I'd say anything above 60FPS is good.

Did you just recommend Chrome to someone who is complaining about ram usage?!?!?!

It works.

Generally my psu was fine, but it would be very hot when it restarted because of overheating.
When it would restart the psu fan would start spinning and everything would be fine.

I cant be the only one on here who is severely bothered by all these spoiled kids whose parents pay 5 grand for them to play minecraft on 64 gigs of Dom Plats.

Don't use a developer preview. Wait until the full release.

Then we know it's the computer! Ensure all cables internally are plugged in, especially the 24-pin and potentially supplemental CPU 6-pin power. Plug in GPUs and ensure they're seated and plugged in. Ensure RAM is seated correctly.

Try reinstalling Chrome. 
 
You can try upping the priority in Windows Task Manager in Windows 8.

also, theres millions of people using chrome just fine, i had some issues with chrome myself, but a clean reinstall resolved those every time.
