I sent the Modular 650w PSU back to Corsair and today I've recieved my replacement which is now working perfectly.
 
A bonus to this is that they've sent me the newer 760w PSU with the platinum rating! I have dealt with corsair a few times and every time I have been 100% satisfactory 

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti has 2880 CUDA cores
For the extra 50(200 because of price drops of 780) dollars you can get around 500 more cuda cores, 1 thousand mhz more effective clocks, 48 gb more bandwidth then both the gtx 780 and titan
