  1. For me it was java, then Python, C++ and C#. Also a bit of JS. Now i have to learn eiffel for one of my courses
  2. I started studying computer science about 2 weeks ago
  3. The biggest attraction will be a hole, where you can dig as much and as deep as you like it
  4. I must say, i've been trying to read books on my tablet. You get rather tired after prolonged use. I got myself an e-reader and i must say it's a completly different story. With the reader i can read for hours on end without geting tired. So if you need something solely for reading, I reccomend getting an e-reader
  5. Yes it is, i am using it sometimes and i quite like it, sadly not everything runs on a 64 bit browser
  6. I am currently studying computer science, so i hope i can work as a software engineer
  7. I oen the g4 and as far as i can say: the camera is superb. I think the pictures look better than on my previous phone, the xperia z1. Maybe it's some sort of postprocessing?
  8. sorry to bother you even more. do you know a place where i can buy it, nd let it be delivered to switerland? i can't find anything, or so it seams
  9. okay thanks, that 800Mhz LTE won't be a problem i think, since it really is uncommon. Do you happen to know of a good place from where i could import it, and is the phone really worth it?
  10. thanks for the info, it still isn't available in europe i think. but will it work if it has the right frequencies. and is it really that good of a phone compared to the others? frequencies of my provider are: GSM: mostly 900 MHz, sparingly 1800 MHz; UMTS: 900 MHz, 2100 MHz; LTE: 800 MHz, mostly 1800 MHz, 2600 MHz so will this work?
  11. i don't know about windows phones but i guess 6 inches for a phone is tad too big for me, since i also happen to have a 8 inches tablet
  12. i'd love to import it, though i think that Lte won't work, so no real option. I am considering the m9 though. It's just that linus's review wasn't that great. i know that a swappable battery is great, but i don't really think that i want to carry around a spare attery all the time. but i could get acostumend to it. thanks for the input.
  13. Hey guys, i just utterly destroyed my xperia z1. I dropped it and it flew down a stone staircase. so now i want a new phone, since i destroyed mine, i thought i could also do a little bit of an upgrade. I don't really know which phone i should get. I'm 'intrigued with the specs of the s6, but visually i don't like it and I heard bad things about touchwiz. I also looked at the lg g4, but i heard that the battery life is not great. I could also wait for the xperia z3+ since i liked the z1. the oneplus one would also be an option, but camera is bad. Mind you i live in switzerland, so sadly the droid turbo isn't an option. Although i could stil import the asus zenfone 2. I really don't know. What do you guys think about all those phones? I really wanna stick with android and pricing isn't really a big concern (so a flagship it will be) I just wanna hear some input from you guys, or maybe experiences with those phones. You can also reccommend others, than the ones i listed. Thanks TL;DR Dropped my phone, down the staircase it flew, it was quite the hard blow, so i ask you; which phone should i get, so i won't regret?
  14. Fun thing is, i do this as well. ( on cpu, ram and stuff) but it seems that i always forget to do it with the psu switch. P.s trying to keep it fresh ;-)
  15. that almost always happens to me when first starting a new rig. Also with that build, now that i think about it. It has grown to be the first thing i'll check if absolutly nothing is happening while pushing the button:)
  16. not quiet the funniest story, but here I go: I was building a rig for one of my friends in a nzxt h440, after finishing everything up, it posts perfectly fine and everythings works properly. The next day he calls me that the h440 logo led was not working. He even asked if he should rma the case. I told him that before he does it, I would take a look at it. Here comes the embarrassing part: i saw it didn't work (worked the day before) and opened up the case. I followed the cable leading away from the led, only to see that some part of this cable managment seems strange, after some more looking at the cable, i realize that there is a button on the back of the case to turn the led on or off. I was baffled that i didn't recognize it on the spot. After my discovery, i informed my friend about the button. His excat answer: "oh, that button, that doesn't do anything, yesterday i was curious what it would do if i'd pusch it". Well turns out his computer wasn't even on when he pushed it, and upon starting the rig up, the leds wouldn't work. I just had to facepalm, at him, not realizing what the button he pushed was for, and at me for taking so long to "fix" the problem, only to find out that there is a button.
  17. Go to the library, select the gta folder, use ctrl-x, paste it in your library on the ssd. Open steam, select gta, rightclick- properties -> local data -> delete local date. Then click install gta, choose the library on the ssd. Don't worry it won't need to download it agin if done correctly, as steam will find the game in the folder. Have fun
  18. Curanntly i am creating a game with one of my buddies, (in unity), i am using one monitor in landscape and the other one in portrait mode. (portrait for codin/scripting landscape for sceneview). It works great and i quite like it, but i haven't tested it in another use scenario yet.
  19. That picture reminds me off somthing. Does anyone know if there is a good looking sli Bridge, i could use on my Asus X99 Deluxe? The golden one is way too ugly.
