Thanks, sorted out another way in the meantime. I'm going to use Logmein hamachi to remote desktop into a windows 10 pro machine on my home network.

Right, So i'm new to networking and servers. I'm going away for a bit next weekend and i want to be able to use my Vmware esxi server from the hotel i'm stopping in. I also want to be able to use the IPMI adaptor on my Server. Basically i want to be on my network from the hotel. Does anybody know how to achieve this? Thanks

Just wondering if I can run windows Server 2012 r2 or server 2016 on a pi. I want a domain controller that can run 24/7 but stay in my bedroom. Their are only 4 users that will be using it. It will only be taking up the entire role over night really when my rack server is offline. Is it possible?

Thanks

So, i want to turn my old server into a proxy server so me and my friends can access websites like Facebook, Reddit .etc at school. but i don't know what software to get. I need to be able to access it from an external network and have it pass about 4 devices out through my home network to the internet. Any ideas?
