Hi! i've been having a problem over the last few weeks/months. My gpu is reaching extreme gpu usage when basicly idle. Whenever i play csgo its fine, But in a game like arma its at 99% in lobby but as soon as i enter a game it goes down. Here is the extremely wierd thing, in games like age of empire or HMS marulken which it should handle fine its at 99% at all times. rainbow six is also at 99% at ALL times. Specs:

Once when the pc wouldn't start at all he changed the position of his ram and the pc started working, Thats the only thing he has done.

He barely knows anything about computers so i'm pretty sure he hasn't overclocked it lol.

I think he changed that or at least tested with other ram. I'll ask him when he gets back. I forgot to add tot he post, He says when he changes a component or similar things it works for a few weeks but then the problems appear again. For exmple when the changes his psu we thought it was fixed for like 1-2 weeks but then it started again.

Making this post for a friends. His pc is acting up in every way. Sometimes the pc looses all audio and usb. The pc regularly freezes and shuts down. When he tries to start it, the cpu and psu fans start for a while but then shuts down again. To get it started he has to turn the psu off and wait about 10min. He also gets errors about missing files or not being able to find drivers etc. What could be the problem. He has changed his psu and motherboard. but I still feel like the motherboard makes the most sense.

I have never changed the paste on the card. Do you think that would help alot? and is it difficult to do?

Let's get right to it. My EVGA 680 Classified is running 40-50° in idle and it reaches 82-83° when playing games like battlefield which uses 100% of the GPU. I regurarly clean the inside of my case and all fans(including the gpu) so i don't know why it is running so hot. I also thought i'd mention it is not overclocked. Any ideas?

Oh, Forgot to mention we installed parkcontrol yesterday to see if that would fix it, it did for the day. No issues what so ever. Until today, when it suddenly didnt work anymore

He doesn't recognize Whea_Unctrollable so i don't think thats what it is.

Hello! A friend of mine has been experiencing problems when playing games. His computer crashes after about 5-10 minutes. Sometimes the screen freezes for a while but most of the time it just shuts down. The temps are fine even though he is running the stock cooler. He tried switching PSU, Motherboard and reinstalling windows. What do you think could be the problem?
