  1. Shame they can't somehow link Vessel accounts to YouTube accounts and ban people from using Vessel if they reupload videos.
  2. Just thought I'd post about this here, as it appears one Twitter user has tweeted to Linus & Luke about this already. A YouTube user who goes by LinusPirateTips has been recording and uploading Vessel videos to YouTube before LMG does.
  3. I honestly have no clue how to cascade Netgear router, but I found a PDF with instructions that seems to work for some people.
  4. Yeah, I have a Netgear router that I have DD-WRT on, could never stand that garbage. It would be easier IMO to flash DD-WRT then cascade the routers using their guide here.
  5. An i7 + 1TB SSD will blow through at least $6-700 of that $1,500.
  6. I think you mean cascade. What models are the routers? Are you running custom firmware on them like DD-WRT? Did you disable DHCP on the 2nd router?
  7. You could get a G3258 that might not overclock at all, don't assume you're going to get a specific clock. No overclocking on H81. 2. It might, it might not, the silicon lottery may not favor you. 3. Yes, more performance and lower power consumption.
  8. Vessel username: FlighterLuid Favorite Videos: Insane Storage Server & Acer XB270HU But why would you give away Linus' personal computer? What's he going to replace it with? Quad Titan X's?
  9. I don't know how much of a difference it makes, but I do know it does make a difference.
  10. 1. Yes, but it comes with some coolers 2. It's a lottery, no 2 components will OC the same 3. Yes 4. IIRC they do 5. You won't OC far with a 500W PSU 6. It does not have a front panel header for USB 3.0 7. What? 8. An update to the firmware on your motherboard, known as BIOS and UEFI. Kind of like updating Windows, but for your motherboard.
  11. I thought this was going to be some kind of parody video about a Ubisoft press conference or something. A redirect.... wooooo....
  12. 3-pin fans fit into 4-pin plugs, just make sure the plastic tabs on the board connectors fit between the plastic notches on the fan connector.
