yeah if I sell my 5600x, I can get a used 5900x for £150. Just wondering I curently have a Noctua NH-U12S recon that would be ok for a 5900x? I curently have 6 case fans and my temps currently are around 40-45.

Hi, currently have a 5600x on a asus strix b550 board with a 3070. Looking too see if it worth upgrading to a 5900/5950x (or any other amd cpu) as ive started working on larger creative projects. Or should I hold out and wait a little for prices to drop on the new am5 chips, and do a new build. Will also be looking to get either a 4070 or 7900xt later down the line. Cheers!

Hi everyone, In the market for a new monitor, undecided over a 32inch or ultra wide. Useing it for both photography and the odd valorant/ warzone game with mates. Not sure if I should go 4k or stay at 1440p. (Wouldnt game on 4k) Needs to be 144hz + Colour accurate for photography work Price (1000GBP) Looked at a few monitors like the Alienware AW3423DW (little worried about the burn in,fan noise and text),MSI Optix MPG321UR-QD, Gigabyte M34WQ, LG 34GN850-B and LG UltraGear 27GP950-B. Also read that a few more QLED monitors are coming out so might be worth waiting but not sure when they are coming out.

Ok so little update, set a fan curve in afterburner so the fans wouldnt ramp up and down, and that didn't really work the temps just kept going up to around 55-58. So the only way to stop it was keep the fans running on a low rpm all the time. It's this normal? The card stays at low 40c to mid 50c and gaming goes to around 65c.

Hi, Ive had the 3070 Aorus master OC and ive noticed when watching youtube or just browsing that the fans randomly just go to 800/1000rpm for a couple of seconds. Ive got 3 fans underneath the gpu and 3 to the side and the gpu stays around 48/51. Any one got any ideas?

Hi, Managed to order a 3070 yesterday, but just wanted to check that im going to get decent speeds whilst im useing both of my m.2 slots on my mobo, I get a little confused around all the pcie speeds etc or if this doesnt change anything. Specs - Asus rog strix b550-f gaming Ryzen 5 5600x 1 x 500GB Samsung 970 EVO, M.2 PCIe 3.0 ssd 1x 1 x Sabrent SB-ROCKET-1TB 1TB 2280 M.2 ssd Cheers.

When I use wifi for gaming etc it isnt as stable as of when I use the power adapter so I get rubber banding and high ping. I read somewhere that the low end/ cheap tp link adapters are not as good as the higher price ones but not sure how true that is.

hi!. I currently have a really old/ slow tp link ethernet to mains power adapter and for some reason its slower then when I use the built in wifi that came with my mobo. Useing ethernet I get under 15mbps down and up and when I use wifi Im getting around 100 down 30 up. Im stuck between these two but not 100% which one I need or is better.
