    Looks like it is happening.

TL;DR - Good luck getting AORUS or ROG or 'Gaming' branded cards from AMD.

Edit: you can get a 'Gaming box' still.

Vega 56/1070 or if your budget allows Vega 64/1080. And please, get off of ultra settings. You won't see any difference between high and ultra yet it usually takes a big hit on fps. Hell you could drop stuff to medium and still wouldn't notice (unless you're standing still of course but at that point you're pretty much guaranteed to be very dead).

Oh this is one of those 2D/3D combo packs?

    *Googles*

Yeah, this is a combo pack so it actually includes two discs, one 2D and another 3D.  The 2D disc is likely no different from the stand alone 2D disc that can be purchased.

Key logger logs your every key that is typed. Keystroke, as it says it removes, the best it can, all personal information, and send stroke segments to improve ink to text conversion that Windows support.

1- You didn't read shit, because it includes exactly what it collects. But here is the link for Basic: https://technet.microsoft.com/itpro/windows/configure/basic-level-windows-diagnostic-events-and-fields

Of course it doesn't. You are closed minded. Even if there was a disable button, you would say that they collect even more than Full, because NSA, etc.

They're independent for the most part. The fullscreen program will play at 144Hz but borderless or windowed may only play at the global Windows speed (120Hz).

The solution i guess was that the number of CPU cores must not be an odd number or a prime number. I had mine on 7 and when i set it to 6 it downloaded work fine.

themoon123 reacted to W-L in Best way to protect the PC from Power surge / jumps???
I would recommend a good quality surge protector like one from APC, Belkin, Philips, GE, or Trippelite. A very very generic way to tell is that is has a decent surge rating of over a couple thousand joules.

roger that - dns is such a small packet that I am surprised at the way it is behaving. I hope they find the issue. One time our ISP found out that the run to our building was insulated with paper - everytime it rained we'd get packet loss or lose connectivity lol.

Oh *** i didn't read that sorry! English isn't my native language. My ISP is doing a "noise" test in the neighborhood here on Monday since this happens on all computers in my home. Appreciate the suggestions!

They can pull the logs remotely and if they recommend sending someone out (versus you explicitly requesting it) then there shouldn't be a charge.

is the buzzing sound a coil whine? but then again if it sparks, just send it in
