    About 2-3mm. Went through pretty easy Don't get too worked up on material. Just go to the hardware store, buy a tiny one and do it.

    Basically I have been running a 4.5GHz oc on my 4690K for quite a while now but just today decided to flash the latest bios onto my msi z97 gaming 5 motherboard and now it no longer allows me to change the cpu core ratio and overclock. When I click on the 'Auto' thingo it doesn't do anything and no change either with XMP enabled and Turbo Boost disabled.
