Elon has stated while the software will improve, no. I believe this is due to HW1 vehicles having hardware from Mobileeye (or something). After an accident, they were finger pointing and the companies split. Tesla started using new hardware for HW2 vehicles. This is why some HW2 cars were actually behind HW1 cars feature wise. He has also said that the cost and hassle it would be to upgrade hardware from 1 to 2 is not worth it. 

Updated earlier with the tool. The update broke my start menu button, notification center, and other Windows icons in the task bar. I ran a command in Powershell that I found on YouTube and it seemed to fix the issue. (Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"})
 
One thing I have noticed is the bottom row of icons above my task bar seem a bit higher than they used to be, did this change or is it just me?
 
Everything else aside from the broken start menu has been fine thus far.

Yeah I have a Samsung EVO myself for my machine and that is what I had picked for his. I've actually had my PC running OSX before using tonymac's website as well.

Good. It looks much better. A nice competition to AMD much improved Control Panel which looks real nice.
I mean it doesn't try to have this "gamer look", nor a race car, just professional.
 
Now Nvidia Control Panel should do away with IE integration and takes 5h to load, and update that as well. I mean it still has XP icons on it.

Hope when 4k becomes way more main steam 120Hz+ is adopted very quickly and isn't insanely priced. Using 1440p 96Hz+ anything 60Hz makes my eyes bleed lol.
