  1. Retoast. https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/670385-asrock-z170m-pio2-with-parallel-expansion-slot/
  2. Who in the HEEELLL buys these laptops. Gotta admit tho: asus's lit kek
  3. Even more pictures. http://videocardz.com/62685/xfx-and-sapphire-radeon-rx-470-460-pictured-up-close
  4. I gotta say.....your way of argumentation is spot on. /s Vastly superior performance - Like it or not: It does come out on top more times than Windows 7. Significantly improved and modernized UI - actually useful and a pain in the ass for some, who don't want to admit change and don't want to learn Modern Features like DX 12 and Cortana - Who gives a fuck about you giving a fuck? Both are modern features. End of discussion. Actually being fucking supported by Microsoft - You're right. But optimization has since their focus lies on Windows 10. (Which will make Windows 10 even faster than Windows 7 but pshhhhhhhh)
  5. Yeah, 700 points above the MSI 1060 in the GPU score. Nothing you can do about these kind of ignorant people though.
  6. You're talking out of your ass. Price Development of RX 480 It was always 269.99€. It was even 250€ once. So quit lying. A lot of these Benchmarks make no sense at all and a lot of them differ a lot from each other. Pauls Hardware for example achieved a GPU score of 5487 in Firestrike Extreme with an OC RX 480, even though the RX 480 reaches easily 6200+ GPU score when overclocked. Pauls Hardware Benchmark OC RX 480 EXTREME 1335 MHZ OC RX 480 EXTREME 1360 MHZ And for the Vulkan/DX12 benchmarks.....well, saying that there are only a handful of games is correct. But what about engines? We are already seeing an implementation in the Unreal Engine and Frostbite engine and the RX 480 whoops the 1060 ass in Vulkan....and by Vulkan i mean a real implementation. Not what the Talos Principle did. Face it. These API's will come sooner than you think, so betting on actual live expectancy on a card is way more worth than having those 10 fps more right now. So people need to stop saying "OH, NOW I HAVE NO REASON TO RECOMMEND THE 480" Yes, yes you do. So saying this: Is quite funny.
  7. This is interesting. http://www.overclock.net/t/1606224/various-futuremarks-time-spy-directx-12-benchmark-compromised-less-compute-parallelism-than-doom-aots-also#post_25358335
  8. That is actually quite nice if you can enjoy the card with a 8 pin or a 6 pin. Depends what your power supply supports. Wonder if they have 2 factory overclock profiles shipped with the card, too. One for each setup.

  10. https://hardforum.com/threads/first-gaming-benchmarks-up.1903628/#post-1042385515 This could also explain the poor OC.
  11. All i know is that the RX 480 will be more future-proof than the 970 or 980 ever was. And that is something everybody should put into consideration when buying a card or anything in that matter. Have fun with a company that gimps it's own hardware. They're right.....wine does taste better with age. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
  12. Dude, the filth that comes out of some peoples fingers is outstanding. Skepticism and insight is not to be found. If you are going to compare release prices, then do so. "RX 480 performs worse than my GTX 980 that i bought from a stupid kid for 200 bucks KEKEKEK." This card is almost beating cards that were 150$ and upwards more expensive when they launched. Maybe compare it against it's predecessor, the 380? Oh, no wait, that wouldn't make sense right? Oh how they cried, when people compared the 1080 to an overclocked 980ti or Titan X, but hurdur let's compare THIS card with higher tier cards, because fuck logic. What the actual shit.
