$360 nzd now, vs $275 nzd for the 970 ftw+

Is it really worth $60 over the 970 ftw+?

yeah i realise that but prices here are stupid, the 6gb 1060 is an extra $90 The evga 970ftw+ is $275 shipped nzd the gigabyte gtx 1060 3gb is $338 nzd

I have the option of puchasing both these cards, the 1060 is $60 more but is the 3gb version

Ill let the pictures describe it better then i can. TLDR: Rotated case,Cut it so i can fit a full sized at motherboard inside, cut a panel for 2 x120mm fans.

Maybe dota 2 is just abit more straining on the cpu then fallout 4?

Damn yeah its just dota 2 so far that sends the temps sky high, i thought it would be airflow that makes it so hot? doesnt seem like much air can escape

I have the pump running in i believe 7v mode as running it at full is just crazy loud. I want to go for silence but i guess thats not possible is it?

Hey guys so i have recently built a watercooled tj08-e. Have a front 180mm silverstone fan cooling the 180mm nexoss monsta 180 radiator xspc 750 v4 xspc 120mm with corsair sp120, with noise adaptor alphacool gpx block on the 970 Playing stuff like fallout 4 the temps are 36c on gpu and 45-48 on cpu. But when i play dota 2 the temps jump up dramtically and heat up my room way to much, do i have an airflow problem? What can i do to bring temps/heat down?

Small bump. i have been offered a 660ti for rather cheap.Will it run ok on a 450w psu?

Yeah i think it should be ok at 1680x1050 at low-medium right?
