No, not a cold, but my lower back is killing me...!

Take a walk^^ It works for me

It's not that kind of pain... It's the kind of pain where you can't bend without your back hurting... Probably because i leave the window open all the time... I took a little walk a ~30 minutes ago... It didn't help... Walked yesterday, also didn't help... Usually tying a blanket around it helps... Will do that...

Putting something warm against it will relax the muscles so i'd say a blanket is a pretty good idea

I will also probably heat up some water and put it in a bottle. It should ease the pain a little :D
