  1. Specs: Ryzen 5700X Strix B550 Gaming WiFi II 32GB Ripjaws 3600Mhz Corsair rm1000x Red Devil Ultimate RX 6900XT Samsung 980 M.2 NVME Pcie Express 3 4x Arctic Bionix P120 1x Arctic P14 Some Seagate 2TB HDD Samsung Evo 870 1TB SSD Connected Peripherals: iFi Zen Dac V2 Edifier R1280BT Connected to the iFi connected to the the system. 1x Wired Keyboard, 1x Wired Mouse, 1x Wired USB Mic, 1x USB Passthrough connected to the monitor which has a usb hub hooked on to it with my bt dongle. My issue: Constant Microstutters every few minutes that cut out the sound as well. System wide, so far only observed it happen when gaming and/or streaming either Youtube or via browser. Emphasizing the fact that it cuts the sound off as well. Things I've done: Updated to latest bios, turned ftpm on and off, done a clean install still persisted, re-seated ram, gpu, checked on task manager and monitored my usage, nothing out of the ordinary no spikes no nothing, temps are normal both gpu and cpu wise, no memory, cpu or gpu usage spikes, observed resource monitor still nothing out of the ordinary, updated all drivers. I'm really at a loss, please for the love of all that's holy I'm about to lose my mind with this build. I'm willing to offer any extra info necessary, be it logs, or whatever to resolve this issue that's been plaguing me for the past two weeks.
  2. If you really think that the CCP is a communist country , boy do i have news for you. Also the fact that you don't understand the hypocrisy in your statement is just sad.
  3. Woah there bud , don't you come off as extremely aggressive and assertive or just plainly rude .
  4. I'm from Europe so Huawei is still a respectable brand name here and given the price\performance it's a contender for my comparison , Huawei released the p30 pro before the "sanctions" so support is not a problem . I'm not a fan of the Pixel 3 aesthetic or it's abysmal battery life.
  5. I'm on a mi 9t but i do some photo work due to my occupation and require a better camera\phone and battery life is up there with the camera as my priorities , the 7t pro has both inferior cameras and battery for me and the 90hz display while nice , won't be much of use to me since i don't game ( plus it's way more expensive).
  6. Hello everyone , i'm due an upgrade and i've been looking into the price\performance bracket of the p30pro vs s10+ , i'm now a power user but good battery life is really important for me so i've got my qualms about the exynos s10+ , the p30 pro looks like the best all rounder in that price point ( I could go with the note10+ but same qualms about the exynos). So should i pull the trigger on the p30pr or should i wait for the newer phones in 2020?
  7. If i'm not mistake , don't curved monitors have issues with blurry letters unless you're looking straight at it in certain angles\height ?
  8. Hello everyone , so i'm in the market for a 24-25" Gsync compatible freesync monitor , i was looking at these : Viewsonic XG2401 Viewsonic XG2402 Acer XF240H Going by the unoficial list of nvidia gsync compatible monitors i boiled everything down to these 3 monitors , i am open to other alternatives but i am limited to whatever monitors can be found in this website . I also have a u2715H for "productivity " and movies so i want the new monitor to be my main gaming monitor , using a 1070 . Thank you everyone in advance
  9. Yeah looking into some reviews the Asus looks like an extremely solid monitor , freesync which translates into gsync in my case , good stand , colors etc
  10. Hello everyone , due to me changing gaming preferences i'm looking to downgrade from my U2715H to something more suited for FPS games , thus far i've found these 4 contesters 1)HP-27x2)AOC2790PX3)Asus VG278Q4)liyama G-Master GB2560HSU-B1 my budget is strictly <=300€.
  11. Yeah i pretty much game and so generic stuff like facebook , youtube , movies etc. I currently have a dual monitor set up so i don't know how much real estate i'm really losing. Updated my sig with my rig so i currently have a 1070 , i also read up that a big factor is how close you sit to your monitor when it comes to 1080 and screens bigger than 24" . It's more of a "futureproof" if i can use such word , higher resolution really stretches the budget .
  12. Hello everyone , i currently am the owner of a Dell U2715H and while it has served me well i am , after 3 year regretting going down the 1440p route . Reason to this is that i have to keep upgrading my GPU every 1,5-2 years in order to keep up with performance . So i ask you , is it worth going back to 1080p , maybe a 27" HD monitor with a higher refresh rate or should i go for the in-between choice and get a 2560x1080 34" monitor with 75Hz refresh rate like the LG 34UM69G-B? Thank you in advance.
  13. So i just swapped from a P400 to a nzxt Noctis case ( which has way better air flow , especially when the p400 has such limited intake ) and i've seen my 1070 going from ~67-69 when under load to around ~76 , i had 2 intake fans and 2 exhaust ( 1 rear 1 top) on my p400 and the noctis has 3 intake and 1 exhaust ( back ) , should i add 1-2 top exhaust fans on the noctis? This is particularly weird since i cleaned out the card before transferring it to the new case. ( room temp fluctuates between 29-35 , it's hot in Greece )
  14. Hello everyone , i am currently building a new system , the only things that will be used from the old one will be the gpu , psu and my ssd and hdd , i was thinking of doing a clean windows 10 install since my last system was a windows 10 upgrade from windows 7 , how do i transfer my "license" since i do not have a cd key anymore ? I will be using the old ssd which housed my operating system for the new install as well as the old hdd as is since it's only used for storage .
  15. Anyone ever heard of this keyboard and\or may have some more info on it? (i.e build quality etc). https://www.ebay.com/itm/2018-NEW-RGB-Backlight-Wired-Mechanical-Gaming-Keyboard-87-Keys-USB-Blue-Switch/253371296474?hash=item3afe1b2ada:g:DtAAAOSwYNxaXOfr
  16. well i need the disk space and the faster cpu will prove useful in some games that lag behind with my 2600 , it is after all a non-k and i cannot overclock it any further .
  17. I'm gonna do a thorough upgrade to my system , it's running that old 2600 with 8 gigs of ram and an old case , only thing modern is the 1070 , i only game , and a budget is around 850 euros for cpu, mobo , case , ram , ssd and hdd , gonna keep the 1070 and my 750RMX psu as well as my 212x evo.
  18. Is it worth upgrading from my 2600 non-k to a 8600k at this time period? Are we waiting on anything new from intel and\or AMD during the summer?
  19. so 8600k , it's about the same price as the ryzen counterpart deliding is out of the question , so is going for the 8700k , a bit over the budget , but oc'ing a 8600k should be feasible.
  20. Greetings everyone , i'm currently on the market for a new CPU , was looking at either the 2600x or the 8600k , i'm only gaming on my pc so no other "productivity" tasks are on the table.
  21. As the title suggests , i'm looking of spending around 250€ for a cpu and 100€ for a mobo , would the ryzen 5 1600x warrant an upgrade or should i go with an intel i5?
  22. THANK YOU!!!!! i had noticed that something weird was going on with youtube today , it would appear that the newest update on chrome rolled back the previous youtube layout , now it's working like a charm , thanks a bunch!
  23. thx for the help , ironically , at 125% zoom the player is bigger than at 150% zoom , i guess the latest chrome update fucked up the scaling cause it was working perfectly yesterday.
  24. 110% , yeah i tried with 100% , no difference whatsoever , also , screens :
