    I would go with Rigid cooling.
     
    And as for a case, in the future cases are 2 things,
    1. How you want it to look
    2. Will all my parts fit with good managed cables
    Some people assume you just list newegg by most expensive parts first and that's the best you can get. Don't fall into that trap!

    With a Titan X and CPU a 360 or even two 240mm rads will be plenty.

    This would let you start then if you ever want to add a GPU to the loop later. But as someone else in the thread said it really doesn't matter if you reach your desired speed. I just really love pushing custom loops. It becomes a hobby and fun to work on it.
