    whats your budget? the HP spectre series is very good. But if you want power you can also look into the msi ghost pro though i dont think a touch screen model exists. if you want a two in one with a quad core thats thin and has a desktop grade gpu for a good price this is a good option though you would want to get an ssd for it asap

    yes but dont buy the threadripper for a gaming pc jesus christ. get an 1700 and a 1080ti or a 7700k and a 1080 ti and will last just as long.

    ehhhhhh, this isnt bad but its all used parts. not to mention this varies. If the xbox one delivers the full 6tflops then its nearly on par with a 1070 and thats really good for the price.

    Hardware wise? Yes. The software would have some issues but if you have a compatible BIOS or a version you can switch to, you should be fine.

    Check your temps as you play, you could be thermal throttling.
