I meant in regards to the Thunderbolt platform as a whole. But that, too. -

I don't know, I have a feeling that that's not the biggest feature. -

PS4 controller crashing computer when using DS4Tool?
gnarly replied to gnarly's topic in Troubleshooting
Tried everything you've said. Made my computer crash again. When I booted it back up, it decided to perform a CHKDSK. I might just wait a while until there's a really good version of the tool. For now, I'll just buy an XBOX 360 controller again. Thanks, anyway. -

Did the first thing. Started up Saints Row IV, and my computer crashed again. I was playing the game fine with the controller before using the tool, but the analogs were inverted. I'll try doing what you're doing. -

I'll give it a go. Should I have the tool off for this? -
PS4 controller crashing computer when using DS4Tool?

I've updated those drivers, and have tried using the USB ports on the back. Still doesn't work. Thanks, though! I'm using an actual cable. The controller doesn't actually function for me without the tool. But, anytime I start a game and the tool's running, my system just derps, and I have to hard restart. -
Hiya! I recently got the Dualshock 4 controller for use with my computer. I'm using my own USB cable (the controller doesn't come with a charging cable), and plugging it into the front I/O of my system. I closely followed the instructions given to me to have the controller function with my computer, and the tool did actually end up working. I can use the touchpad, I can adjust the lightbar color, and I can remap the buttons. Windows also recognizes that I have a controller plugged in, and when I check the properties to test the inputs, they work, too. BUT, as soon as I load into a game, it doesn't do anything. And, lately, it's been making my computer freeze and crash. Hopefully, this has been comprehensive enough, but if you need more info, please ask. Specs are listed below: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1 Intel i7 4770k @ 3.5GHz ASRock Z87 Extreme4 (BIOS Ver. 2.7) 2x4GB Kingston HyperX Blu Red Series @1300MHz 2x4GB Crucial Ballistix Sport @1300MHz 2x120GB Corsair Force 3 SSD (Separate volumes, no RAID) 1TB Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 Thanks in advance for any help/advice, guys!

I just got the first level of the Ultimate Tier: 100 Mb down, 5 Mb up. I consistently get above 100 Mb down. The tech I talked to said they were rolling out 100/10, 200/10, and 300/10 this summer. Also, I live in Los Angeles. Dunno if that means anything. If anything, I think you should call their line and get to the customer retention desk. Ask them about it, tell them how pissed you are (but in a polite way), and they'll probably be more than willing to help out. I got a promo price for the Extreme Tier price which kept it at sub-$60 for a year because of that. Best of luck.

OnLive Will Stream Games From Your Steam Library
gnarly replied to qwertywarrior's topic in Tech News
I feel like some people are thinking it, but I'll say it: "Finally! A reason to get OnLive." I still doubt I'll buy into it. I don't think I'd like it very much.
